Matthew was a phenomenal server. Knew the menu and what to suggest. Had alot of fun getting pictures where we were all visible. 10/10 would recommend. Food was delicious definitely try the broccoli in the mojo juice. Turtle chocolate was on point. Can’t wait to come back!

Hadn’t been here in years but went on the spur of the moment when I learned that one of my visiting friends had NEVER had fondue. Just HAD TO FIX THAT…so off we went to HAPPY HOUR … to experience the tasty cocktails and the ooey-gooey deliciousness of cheese fondues! We had the Classic Alpine on principal ( since she had never had one) and tried another more spicy one as well. We sat at the bar and had excellent service from our friendly bartender, Jacob T.

If the quality of food matched the service I would be a frequent fonduer here, but the quality of the food was poor. It felt as though a hospital tried to pull off fondue night… the first thing I noticed was the consistency of the melted cheese; warm clumpy snot… the dipping items were chewy bread and dry potatoes. The salad came with corporate seasoning; in fact much of the experience felt corporate and lacked authenticity. We got the big night out option and if you like low quality fish, meat and chicken boiled then this is your place. I’d rather them give us a microwave than hot corporate seasoned juice. Also the drinks were horrible… it tasted like someone’s creepy uncle were making drinks for underage kids, way over sweetened to mask low grade alcohol, I don’t know about you but I’m over that especially when I’m paying $150 for melting hospital food. Dessert was ok. I was happy to leave the melting nightmare I experienced. All in all… it’s a fon-dont go for me folks.

If you like cheese, chocolate and wine. This is your place to go. I am a little biased because I am not partial to either. I liked more of the entrees with the broth and meats, in addition to the fruits dessert options. The service was nothing short of amazing. They will steer you in the right direction if you don’t know what to get. For what its worth, I would definitely bring the kids back for the chocolate and desserts.

Most of us in our party of 12 have never had a Melting Pot experience. I personally had an amazing time. The atmosphere was fun, our servers were super helpful in guiding us through the whole dinner. Thank you all for a great evening of food and laughs.
