My wife and I came here for a special date night and we had an amazing time! One note, plan for a longer dinner- there are 4 courses so we were there for almost 2 hours. The food is so wonderful and the service was phenomenal. We were a little worried about the prospect of cooking our own food but it’s really easy and our server walked us through everything. There is a QR code with a timing app which helps make sure you cook everything to temperature. If you are looking for a place for a special occasion I highly recommend the melting pot.

Reservation at 1730. Showed up at 1720 and was seated at reservation time or close to it. Don’t really recall too much wait. But since I was dining alone it felt as though I was forgotten about. It I still ordered for two as I didn’t care and didn’t want the waitress to think she would receive less given it was just one dining. Didn’t have any cutlery or dipping forks for the first course and I waited for the waitress to come back but that didn’t happen so I made do without them. Then dinner came and I finally got the opportunity to ask the waitress for the utensils. She apologized but service didn’t improve. Food was delivered and I was soon forgotten about again. I finished dinner and sat around waiting. Finally ordered the dessert and asked for the check. It took 2 hours which I feel is a bit too long for dinning alone even then with couples it can be too long. The restaurant was not that busy and didn’t warrant such slow service nor should it ever. The table I was at felt dirty and a bit too dimly lit. The table also felt high for fondue – I stand almost 6 foot and I felt like a kid with how the booth matched up with the table. Overall not the best service nor the worst. Could have been a lot better. The waitress was nice when I saw her and I left a tip appropriately for the level of service received. Could be improved.

The experience my family and I had at the Melting Pot was amazing. From the time we were seated & greeted by my birthday balloons and choc covered strawberries to the 4 course meal. The food was non stop and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy. We had a blast.

Great as always. A wonderful spot to stop for a unique dinner experience. Our server Josh took fantastic care of us, and despite having many tables under his responsibility, never made us feel rushed or neglected. The Manager Jen was accommodating and helpful, and despite myself not entering my reservation properly helped us get our third guest in as well in a timely manner!

Fantastic! From start to finish this was an extremely cool experience. From the 1st course of cheese, the 2nd course with salad, the 3rd course of the meat and finally to the desserts… everything was perfectly timed and spot on. Our server Jesse did a phenomenal job and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We’ll definitely be back.
