Service and atmosphere of the restaurant was great! But the food was less than appealing. The chips are salsa were excellent – unfortunately everything else was gross. The meat tasted like how a petting zoo smells. Everything tasted like it was made a week ago and warmed up in a microwave. Would not recommend getting dinner here; just drinks and appetizers.

I go here about once every two weeks. I’ve had different servers, and all of them have been beyond amazing! I get the same thing every time (cheesy tots basket and cheese quesadilla) and the food is amazing! I have enough to take home for leftovers. Even after re-heating at home, the food tastes great. I’ll keep coming back.

Service was okay. Food was not. I started off with chips and salsa (paid for), and they don’t even give you enough salsa for 1/2 of the chips. I ordered the king wet burrito… it was horrible. Little to no flavor except for the canned dog food flavor that the ground beef has. Maybe all of their American food is better, it definitely shouldn’t be named a Mexican Grill. I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone.

The fajitas are lacking in flavor and meat. it all came mixed together to disguise the small portion of meat. The children’s grilled cheese is really bad, though it was cooked perfectly the cheese they use is gross. The French dip is tasty, though small and lacking in meat. The service was excellent. the wait was a little long but they were pretty busy. our waitress appeared to be handling twice the amount of tables she should have been. Things that come with your meal at every other place will cost you like chips and salsa and you get chips with your burgers and sandwiches instead of fries.

Walked in sat down and watched three waiters argue over who was going to serve my son and myself. After finally getting a waitress to our table we ordered our drinks (had an adult menu but no kids menu) waited for the kids menu. Food came fast beef was very mushy and old tasting. Asked for a refill waited ten minutes before the waitress came back and asked if I would like a to go cup since she forgot. Even though she looked at my empty glass when she came back to drop off my sour cream after that took 10 minutes to get to me. And still had the empty glass when I left over a half hour later. Other waiters and waitresses kept looking at the table but never even offered a to go box when we were clearly done eating. The only reason I left a tip was because I won $1 on a pull tab and did not feel like waiting for her to bring it back. Will never return here again.

I’m not one to complain normally, but this was a terrible experience. We had to flag a waitress down to get served, then over a course of 45 minutes with a half full restaurant, we were visited once. Food finally arrived, my steak tacos were hardly luke warm, refried beans were crusted over, my wife’s taco platter was much of the same. Asked a neighboring waitress, as ours hadn’t been back to check, if I could speak with a manager. I politely informed him of the happenings, and that I’d like my meal off the bill and would eat elsewhere and his response was short, and abrasive with no apology. Very poor customer service. For what it’s worth, the waitress was very apologetic.

I order for pick up. Always the same, nacho supreme. Each time was not as good as the time before. After last night i will not go back. Pick up time was quick but when I got home..my fresh chips were already soaked in grease to the point they wilted. the lettuce and tomatoes on top were as if they had been put in a microwave to heat the whole thing up. I ate a little and gave the rest to the dogs. I am glad I did, it made me sick all night. Wont be going back.
