I’ve been to the other location, so I was expecting the same quality of food and service. The server, Jasmine, was very nice, and she took care of us. However, the food was half and half. I ordered a shrimp basket in the shrimp was cooked golden brown and tastes very good. But when he came to the catfish, that was something else. You could tell it was cooked in old grease because it was very dark and two of my friends had the same thing and we all said it had the same taste in common: SALTY!! Omg it was extremely salty as soon as you’ve been into it. Someone who has blood pressure issues would definitely be in trouble if they ate that. There was a white, older lady with glasses (who claimed she was the manager) that came and told one of my friends that she could not give her a refund and she could not pick something else off of the menu, but the only thing she could do was have the same exact thing remade. That was very sketchy to me, because any restaurant that I have gone to, if someone isn’t satisfied with what they ordered, they are typically offered either a refund or a selection of some thing else on the menu. So, when our server came back, I asked her if that was true, that my friend could only get the same exact thing remade, and she said that was not true. The lady claimed she was the manager and we didn’t get her name but I feel that was very poor customer service for the hospitality industry. To be told that you cannot have a refund for something that was not prepared to your liking is not something I would imagine anybody wants to hear. I would be very upset. If I am basically being told that my hard earned money is not going to be given back to me. One of my other friends also had to ask for her crab to be replaced because the crab she had was old and you could visibly see it. Overall, I don’t know if I would go back to this location. I went to the location on University and had no issues with the food nor service. If you do, choose to go here, please take into consideration that this particular lady is not willing to replace an item or refund you your money if it is not prepared properly and this is no fault of your own.

Went with my family for the first time, the food was delicious but let me say the waitress Heather was absolutely amazing. Customer service is absolutely spectacular with a great smile. She seemed to be the only worker there in the front with several tables but she was definitely handling everything with grace. I will come back just for the great service.

The music could have been better, but otherwise it was very good. The seasoning mix was perfect, and our waitress did something I have never seen at these types of places…. before she handed out each bag of goodies, she tilted the bag to allow the seasoning to wash over the goods one final time. That was the difference. But also the chef perfectly steamed the crablegs … not over and not under… perfect.

It’s a good place to try and have a fun experience to try crab. The price is slightly higher but it is worth it. It is a very familiar atmosphere and it is totally seafood, you will not find any meat, that is clear.

The food was great, the restaurant was nice and very clean. Our waitress was so sweet and her customer service was on point, she even offered to walk my 11yr old to the bathroom and back. I’d go back just to have her as our waitress, we tipped her a large tip because she made our first experience so memorable.

Had the worse customer service experience tonight, Went out for dinner with my coworkers and our server was Alisha. She had a very nasty attitude with our party from the time we sat at our table, making comments such as “I thought y’all said you were ready”, and “I’ve already passed you”, after one of my coworkers forgot to add another item to her order. She also never came and checked on our table once Last Call was announced and proceeded to debate with another person at the table stating “Didn’t you just hear her say last call!!”. The food was amazing but the customer service was terrible!!! The owner of the salon also attempted to hand her a business card to attend our event which she thrown on the table, followed by “That’s not how you conduct business!!!” When she was the issue from the beginning of the night.

This is a very rude and unprofessional establishment!! From the time we can in no one really wanted to service us because we wanted to sit outside! We were told we had to pay before sitting outside on the patio!! When we came in to order at the bar, the bartender left the bar and went who knows where!! The hostess had to get the manager to take our order and she was even more rude than her staff!! She argued that my sister and I I.D. didn’t look like us and she was very nasty about it. Fast forward to her bringing us our drinks and I asked if I could have her other manager first and last name and she refused to give me his last name and said, “you don’t need all of that.” She continued with trash talk and refused to hear the complaint I had!! The morning manager shouldn’t ever be anyone’s manager! She knows nothing about professionalism, respect, urgency, common sense, business management skills, customer service skills, or hospitality!!! The absolute WORST!! I would rate this establishment a -0 if I could!!

My boyfriend and I came with our son. The kids menu only came with 2 pieces of shrimp, but it had a lot of good, battered fries! It was ok, because we shared some of ours with him. I got the 1lb crab and black mussels… To die for!! My boyfriend doesn’t eat seafood, so he got the chicken strips. He liked them. But the seafood was incredible! We will come back!
