Came in just before they closed indoor seating. Had the crawfish and snow crab. Crawfish were okay. Snow crab could have been better. Seemed like it had been frozen for some time based on the texture. The flavor was great. I got the might crab special sauce. Service was okay for being the end of the night. After I ordered, I asked if the crawfish was fresh or frozen. The server didn’t know. She had to go ask. Didn’t find out until after my food had come out. She said it was fresh but part of the last boil.

We absolutely LOVE the insane amount of flavor in their boil bags and the crawfish. This food is highly seasoned and delicious. The service is has been slow the few times we have been, but the food makes up for it.

Food was good, except the lobster tail was tough, and its way overpriced. Was not worth the price. Even though the staff was friendly, the service was the worst. Our server couldn’t be found 90% of the time and we kept having to ask several times for the same item bc she would “forget”, we had to ask for refills, which hubby only got one refill the entire meal and she never brought mine, I had to remind her to bring my salad I ordered when she brought our meal to us, had to remind her we needed to go boxes and a bag for them twice, then had to wait awhile to get our check and then waited 15 minutes for her to come back to take our card to settle the bill. And they was not busy when we where there. Maybe 5 tables where filled in the whole restaurant when we was there and they was fully staffed so we was her only table at the time. We won’t be back. Very disappointed bc the food was amazing but the service ruined it for us.

From the entrance, we received awesome customer service! The lady was very pleasant and seated us immediately. We also had an amazing server named Ky. He was incredible. His service was phenomenal. He helped us decide on what to order and he also ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I pray blessings on you Ky! We loved the decor here! It was so cute and had a great atmosphere. Our server was awesome and worked super hard for her tables. The food was fresh and hot. I only caught the aftermath of the oysters because we INHALED them! My only note is that the menu should specify that the “garlic butter” (as opposed to “garlic butter only”) is a Cajun garlic butter. Don’t get me wrong, it was amazing, and I’m hooked. It just wasn’t clear what we were ordering on the menu. Definitely our new favorite place to get oysters and crab legs! It was surprisingly affordable as well for seafood.

Got 1/2 pound of shrimp, blue crab, snow crab legs. 1 lb of dungeoness crab. Along with fried calamari and fries oysters. Food arrives pretty quick, wait staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious. They give you everything you need to eat it. Very happy with the experience.

The food is good. We’ve eaten there three times and bragged enough that we finally convinced family to come. But the atmosphere was so obnoxious it was unreal. They dont want to go back. Ridiculously loud inappropriate rap music, customers up trashy dancing, a waitress that argued about food being way overcooked with a bad attitude the entire time (we were not a difficult table at all, only had 1 complaint and werent even mad about it.) Did not deserve a $30 tip off my $230 bill, not including the 7 others that were in my group with the auto 18% tip for the party. She probably made around $200 just to have an attitude. It wasn’t like this the very first time we ate there so not sure what’s happened but it’s very unfortunate. I cant stand Red Lobster but my husband loves it and Id finally found a different seafood place that he prefers.

My Son suggested this place, so we gave it a try. Definitely need new hostess/greeter, threw the vibe all the way off. But our waitress saved the day! She was very welcoming and did such a great job at serving us! We ordered the Seafood Boil Combos A&B and my Son had the Molten Chocolate Cake for dessert. Everything was delicious, hot and the boils were seasoned so well. We will be back for sure
