I ordered my food ahead of time so i can take it home and it was cooked in such a short amount of time. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly. The prices for everything was very reasonable.The first bite, you can tell it was quality food. The skirt steak was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. All the vegetables were fresh. And the salad dressing was delicious. I cannot wait to go back here again, maybe for brunch next time!

Really great service and menu for lunch and brunch, dinner too! Prices are reasonable. Our server Stephanie was so nice and accommodating probably one of the best I’ve ever had! She offered to split our meals on separate plates since we were sharing and trying new things. I highly recommend the Smash burger and Mac N Cheese!! Excellent.

Really fabulous food. It’s intimate, great parking for Libertyville. The grandkids loved the quesadilla and pasta with red sauce. I had the burger and broccoli it was delicious. Service was excellent. Will be back

We decided to come here because of all the great reviews, and they weren’t wrong. We had the chips and salsa (wonderful), the pepper steak (flavorful and delicious) and house burger (perfectly cooked) accompanied by fries that were also perfectly cooked. The brioche bun was to die for. Yum!

I’m from Iowa City, and we stopped here on the recommendation from a friend. The food was phenomenal! We ordered from the Lunch Menu (Chicken Quesadillas, Tostada with White Chicken, House Burger, and Tex Mex Salad) for food around 4pm, and we were stuffed when we finished eating! EVERYTHING was soooo good! There were 5 of us eating and it was our first time there for all us, and each one of us gives it 5 stars!

Mixto is sooooooo good! The staff is always very friendly and happy to see you, they treat you like you are an old friend. The food is delicious too! I’ve been here several times and tried different things each time. Some of my favorites are the double smash burger and their Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. Give them a try if you haven’t yet, you will be happy you did!
