Went here for social dancing on a Tuesday for bachata and the place was very clean and spacious. The bartender Carlos is super knowledgeable and friendly. The food we ordered was good too (we got sweet potato fries and calamari).

Very safe, security was on top of people who were trying to look for trouble. Food was good. But if you are going for a special event, you have to reserve a table with at least a $200 bottle. Just heads up.

Salsa dancing class on Tuesday night and amateur stand up comedy Wednesday. The $5 happy hour drink prices can’t be beat on Tuesday. Carlos is a great bartender. The menu has a little bit of everything. We tried the guacamole and chips, hand held Carne asada, lobster and shrimp tacos. They offer pasta, steak, seafood, and green Salads. They even made a dessert for the birthday celebration in the house. Very clean establishment.

I LOVE The Mixx. Beautiful, contemporary decor, spacious. Great staff. Fun events—especially their tribute bands featured frequently here. The crowd is pretty friendly and cool. I feel very safe and comfortable socially here. I usually come here for the live entertainment later at night, I am delighted at the quality of the food they offer. So much better than your usual bar fare. Parking is easy on the street nearby. All around, a win in every category. Plus, well ventilated!
