The owners were very nice and a pleasure to talk with. We purchased a warm cinnamon roll and a warm breakfast sandwich (Sausage, Bacon, Egg & Cheese on white bread) along with a mule (latte) and black coffee. The food was very tasty with a nice and fun outdoor spot to enjoy games and relaxation.

Cochran is doing new and big things! This is a super cool, outdoor spot in the middle of downtown. It’s an ideal lunch spot and likely to become the social center for weekend nights in Cochran.

Probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. This place has a variety of Sandwiches and Beverages to choose from but they also advertise new flavors to add to those drinks. I highly recommend the BlackBerry Lemonade and Brisket Cheddar. If you don’t believe me try it for yourself.

Great Customer service with a just adorable atmosphere! The sandwich and coffee drink were delicious! The only criticism we had was we wish the sandwich came with something (some nice kettle chips or something would have been wonderful) for the price.

The absolute best place to enjoy the little things in life. The coffee is like the service and it’s beyond good! The sweetest people with the best atmosphere. It’s also child approved! There are not many places where you can just take your kids and both genuinely enjoy yourself. However, this is definitely one of those places that you can. Recommend the Mule iced with vanilla and Oatmilk!
