It’s airport food. This location is right near C4, C5 gates. Make sure you have plenty of time before you order just in case service takes a while. I haven’t seen a worker in a while myself. Included some pictures of menu & atmosphere below so you have a sense of prices.

Always so many options in the airport by our Gate was nearby so we gave it a try. Pretty good búfalo chicken wrap with a big amount of fries. Average quality but good enough to finish the whole thing. Better choice than chilis next door.

I’ve had Munch Factory through delivery apps before. Unfortunately, this was not the same. Buffalo Chicken Wrap was bland (not spicy) even with extra sauce on the side and fries were soggy. Not horrible but worth a review. Not a lot of options at the C gate for food so it’s probably better to not expect a yummy meal at the airport 🙁

We arrived more than 30min before closing and the sold us two items that after 15min waiting were not even available. They offered some other food in the menu but only salads which were not fresh. Also, service was awful in so many ways. Avoid this place, particularly close in the evening hours. (Based on the receipt, Takeisha is the name of our cashier)

When I arrived there (around 12:30) annd only 2 items on the menu were available-Gumbo and Munch Bowl. Also, fountain drinks were not available but bottled ones were. That being said, my gumbo was hot and delicious. Last bit of good New Orleans food before heading back to NY!

No one in terminal C seems to be educated and trained to deal with customers or answer any food allergy questions. It bothers them to ask the kitchen personnel.
