I couldn’t find anything wrong with this restaurant! Our family loved it! The ambiance overlooking the golf course. We had fried ribs, gumbo, and blackened drum fish. It was al delicious!! The service was impeccable & restaurant was very clean! Prices are reasonable! 10/10

We had Father’s Day brunch there. My daughter recommended it. The service and the food was great. I forgot the young man name but he went out of his way and brewed us fresh coffee after the coffee selection was over. The owner Ms Stephanie was very nice checking on everyone and making you feel comfortable and satisfied. I recommend the Munch Factory you will not be disappointed.

Hey Gentilly peeps – check out this neighborhood gem. The salmon bites really are as good as people say they are. The shrimp and grits are the comfort food. Perfect spice to the shrimp and the grits are so creamy. And speaking of the Keylime pie… get a slice. Then come back for more. Great scenery and thanks for the great service!

The location is very nice. The service was ok. I’ve been there twice. There were quite a few flies, and I found the food to be a bit salty both times. I called the first time mentiand it. We thought we would try it again. Still hasn’t changed. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be back.

So yummy, and run by great folks. The munch bowl (grids with debris on top) is beyond description. The food is reasonable and the portions aren’t ridiculous. It feels fancy enough without being pretentious, and the overall vibe is really warm and welcoming. The food is well-seasoned but sometimes super salty, so take care when ordering things that are “sauced”. I had one of the best plates of food I’ve ever had in my life during Coolinary last year (put the short ribs over grits on the permanent menu please!), and have returned many times since.

Everything about this place is great! The food is always awesome! The owners are the nicest people and the staff are also great! I’ve done an annual golf tournament here for years and since they have opened at the location, they have helped kick it up a notch! They cater both lunch and dinner for the tournament, and all the players rave about the food! They make this the easiest part of planning the tournament!

The “Fried Ribs” are so tender & delicious. The “Potato Salad” has that good old-fashioned taste of home that you can eat by itself…I couldn’t wait to tell others how much I enjoyed the food. I’d had a lite snack before going, so I didn’t order a lot, but the “Lower Garden District Fries” were so good, brings a new taste to the potato…yum a very appetitizing new comfort food for me. I was also impressed with the staff & atmosphere. I think “The Munch Factory” would be a great place for a variety of gatherings. The set in “Historical Pontchartrain Park” (actually, where I was born & raised) & the warm ambiance would be great setting for an evening event. I liked it so much I’ve already recommended this restaurant to as many people as I can… please check it out.

I thought it was pretty good. I was a bit bummed cause it had a limited menu when we went in and we were looking forward to some of the options from the web site. But the Club sandwich was well made and had some tasty bacon on it. Good Fries too. I’d go back if I was in the area for the sandwich. It’s a good restaurant though.
