Trying to find a place not too far without having to go downtown. We got lucky on the weather and were seated outside. We asked for the all you can eat breakfast. 4 dudes, we only could handle two rounds.

Stopped here on vacation for breakfast/brunch. AMAZING. Cool neighborhood, this place looks like (and feels like) you are visiting family. The food and service were fantastic! We got the taste of the south (served per table) and while it was an incredible amount of food–it was so worth it. Come hungry!! Got to meet the new chef and tell her how much I loved the shrimp and grits (it’s a hug in a bowl)–literally the best I’ve ever had. Thank your for such a wonderful dining experience.

Decided to try a new location here but I would not recommend this location. I thought it was going to be a place with a dirty outside but great home vibes…. Absolutely not. I paid $23.99 for food I didn’t even get to eat! A waste of money!!! We ordered the French toast and a stack of pancakes with ham and bacon. The French toast wasn’t even cooked! The pancakes still had mix inside them! We only drunk a little of watered down coffee and ate the meats. The waitress we had was not the best. We were seated pretty fast and she took our order and brought it out but never came back to check if the food was good or anything. We did not see this lady until we checked out and barely got a discount on food we couldn’t even eat. Distasteful location with ants crawling across the wall…. WASTED MONEY

We loved this place!! $18 for a pitcher of mimosas, you can’t beat that here in Nashville! The grits and hash brown casserole are so so delicious! I enjoyed a seasonal caprese benedict which was fresh and delightful. Our server was kind and attentive. The blackberry jam was incredibly flavorful.

From the second you walked in you are smashed with a smell of Must and Mold. The building is so old that that should have been a clue before I even walked in. The furniture was rickety and table was tipping. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. The food however was good. But the waitress was not to be seen most of the time and I had to look for her to get coffee refilled. It was a very cute idea that poorly executed because of the facility. And the jam and biscuits was not as good as I expected it to be. I was extremely disappointed.

First time here for breakfast. If you can ignore the older building and interior, the service and food is pretty good for breakfast. Don’t miss out on the “bronuts” which is a combination biscuit and donut. Portions are hardy.

Don’t let the street view on Google maps fool you. The Nashville Jam Co. is situated on what appears to be a little residential side street. But on closer look, there are TONS of recording studios nestled in amongst other house-like buildings. Several fences painted with famous musicians just sets the tone as you make the loop to park in front of the restaurant. You have found a hidden gem in Nashville.

I’ve been here once before with my best friend. But I came back with my family. We have a party of 5 (4 adults & 1 child)and they wanted to force us to pay the “Taste of the South” which is $22.95/person instead of ordering separate meals(yes, the child has to pay too). The service is poor. The restaurant gives a “white only atmosphere”. The waitresses were extremely rude and acted as if they didn’t want to seat or serve us. One server bumped my sister and it pushed her back and she never said excuse me. I understand if it’s busy, but that doesn’t mean you lose your manners. The food here is good, but doesn’t seem welcoming to black families.

Insanely delicious breakfast! Got a bit of everything and recommend doing the same. Literally every bite was scrumdiliumptious! Can’t imagine being underwhelmed by anything on their menu. Cute house in an adorable neighborhood with beautiful murals all around. Highly recommend!

We selected this place form a list of the best places for breakfast/brunch in Nashville. It was the PB&J biscuit that wooed me into selecting this place out of the list and the location was sort of near where we were staying. The place was busy, but no wait during our visit. The location is a residential neighborhood in a converted home. We sat inside which is cute in that they make use of the house floorplan to create dining areas, but there is also very nice seating at picnic tables outside which adds to the ambience. The food is very appealing and sounds homemade. They also offer an all you can eat option which, if I read correctly, is mandatory for groups of 6 or more. I was humored to see a group of about 8 college-age boys eating at a picnic table as we arrived and still eating as we left! And their food looked pretty fabulous – from pancakes to shrimp and grits. We ordered single meals and they were very good at decent prices. However, my biscuit which was about 1/4 the size of the chicken on the biscuit, was quite dry and was more like a crispy lid and bottom. I had to eat my meal with a fork and knife. The chicken was pretty phenomenal – well seasoned!
