I currently offer individually packaged prepared meals. There are low-carb and vegetarian options as well. All of the meals are $12ea (includes TN sales tax). There is no minimum order. Get 1 to try or order enough for the whole family.
New menu’s are sent out by email every Tuesday. Selections are due by 6PM Thursday then your meals are ready for pick-up on the following Monday. Pickup times are 11AM-1PM or 4PM-6:30PM at our Maryville location. You will have lunches or dinners or both for the rest of the week. Think of all the extra time you will gain! No contracts, no hassle. If you enjoy the service, just keep ordering.

Only the best healthy meals you can get! I’m a small business owner and have zero time to cook. Because of the Neighbor Chef, I’m no longer finding myself having to go to Cookout to get myself a meal at 11 o’clock at night. I’m eating healthy in 2 minutes! Which is about how long it takes to microwave most meals. I tried meal prepping on my own, and hated having to eat the same thing for the next 5days. Now I have some diversity when I order my meal preps from Willie, the Neighborhood Chef! Also, don’t miss out on his Mexican dishes, they’re my fav!

I can’t say enough great things about The Neighborhood Chef! Prices are much lower than other meal services, there’s a variety of dietary accommodations offered, and the communication is quick and friendly. Plus, the meals keep well in the freezer and are still yummy weeks later. Highly recommend.
