This was a great find!! We were just passing through and found this charming place with so much character. Fox, the bartender, was friendly and helpful. Great selection of beers. Food truck attached has the BEST sliders (filet mignon, crab cake, and BBQ bacon cheeseburger) and fries (incl truffle parmesan, garlic)! Will definitely come back!!!

My husband, son (9) and I were super hungry after doing a hike. This place came to mind because someone at our hotel near by recommended it to us. The place looked pretty cool and charming, but once there no one acknowledged us and there were no signs telling you where to get food or to even seat yourself. Finally we asked someone at the kitchen counter if we just order food from them, and she was friendly enough to tell us yes, but by then the place had lost its charm and we decided to leave. Looked like a fun place for the locals for sure, but if you are visiting, I don’t think they care much for you.

Exactly what a ski town bar is supposed to be. Funky ski theme decor, excellent food, a full bar with great drinks. Say hello to Ashley. She was welcoming to the tourists and locals alike.

Fun little bar near Purgatory ski resort. Parking was a bit tricky because they were so busy and it was snowing. Great vibe inside, clean restrooms and looked like a fun place to hang out. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great mountain bar right down the road from Purgatory, with views, seating indoors and outdoors (outdoor has fire pits), tasty eats served from a semi permanent food truck, great drinks and friendly staff. Great spot to unwind after a day at Purg.

My first experience at the nugget was actually for my rehearsal dinner. I’m from Florida, and had a destination wedding, so planning a rehearsal at somewhere I’d never been to was a bit of a risk. But it was so so worth it.

Awesome spot to kick back after a mountain adventure. The fries are bomb. Would be a 5 star if they recycled ♻️

A great mountain bar. Super chill. We could hear the music and laughter as soon as we got out of the car. It was warm when we made our visit but they had several little gas fire pits- so would be fun during cooler days/nights as well.

Amazing ambience – laid back, family friendly, good place to strike up a conversation. Decent selection of beer and not alcoholic drinks. AMAZING semi-permanent food truck. Really probably one of the best food trucks I’ve had in a long time, filet mignon sandwich & couscous salad were delicious.

Nice spot to eat and have a few beers. Especially after a fun day at Purgatory Ski Resort. We got food from the food truck outside, which was a little pricey but worth it.
