The Office was a nice find in the new terminal A. I had the breakfast sandwich. The scrambled egg was cooked to perfection. The bacon was crispy. The white cheddar cheese was ooey-gooey. The bun was lightly toasted, but still fluffy and soft. The sandwich itself was 10/10! These potatoes, however, were not. They were disgusting, flaccid, spuds. Ain’t no one want your soggy breakfast taters! Give them some crunch, a crispy outside, or don’t even put them in the plate. Pitiful. The saving grace was the great craft beer tap list. The beer allowed me to wash away the sins of the potato I ate and salvage the meal. If you get only one takeaway from this review, I hope it’s DON’T EAT THE BREAKFAST POTATOES! If you get two takeaways, the second should be that this is place has the best draft list in Terminal A. If you are a craft beer enthusiast, this is your stop in EWR terminal A!

The staff is super nice in this airport restaurant. It’s located in the new terminal A at Newark airport. We had 4 hours to kill before our flight, so we had a few (ahem) cocktails. We had the “Call The Babysitter”, “The Bougee Mule” and the “Cherry Old Fashioned”. All were tasty. My husband also ordered the pretzel with cheese sauce. In his words, it was “very good”. The bartender even came out to make sure he had his drink order correct. That doesn’t usually happen at airport restaurants!

On a layover we decided to have breakfast here. Breakfast was delicious and the service was astronomical. Rosemarie is a gem, the best! She went above and beyond with her service. When we were on a layover on our way back home we decided to try another restaurant which ended up being a mistake and we ended up back at The Office for another great experience. Good drinks and food. Rosemarie is exceptional!

The Office is a nice spot to have a drink and a delicious bite to eat before your flight. The wings, pizza and tacos are amazing and overall you’ll enjoy the experience. I was sitting next to the kitchen and I can say all looks very clean and well organized. Make sure you ask for Ana (she’s the manager)

It was a very busy day at the airport with several flights being cancelled and the food mad my day a little better. Had the Tavern burger and it was so juicy and cooked to perfection I can honestly say on of the best burgers I had. The salad tasted excellent too!

Margherita pizza was a joke for almost 20 bucks. Just some too-thick crust with about a spoonful of red sauce and a tiny amount of cheese. Disappointed.

I would not recommend eating here if you’re in a hurry at the airport. I ordered the chicken tacos and a beer. My tacos took more than 30 minutes to come out. When my food was dropped off I never was given a napkin or silverware. I had to ask for them. They never checked back to see how the food was. The beer was good but they never asked if I wanted another one. These are basics of the service industry that they missed. Food was good but not good enough to make up for the average service.

It was a very bad idea to have followed the waiter’s suggestion to try the garlic bread burger. It is very bad!!!

Good food especially for the airport. Terrible service- gave me ice coffee filled to the brim- no place for cream. Ask for another glass so I have room for the cream- two of four creamers are used… uuuhhhh! Need extra cream – server can’t get her attention, after 10 minutes I get creamer from very nice bartender. Someone else dropped my food off- server never even checked back. Again good food.

Our family ordered BBQ wings, a burger and a chicken Ceasar salad, along with iced tea. Everyone was very pleased with their order and our server, Kate, was very good!
