We like that this is a veteran owned establishment as my husband is a Korean and Vietnam veteran, so you can see we are two seniors who cannot eat a large amount. We shared the 8 oz strip steak and it was delicious. We ordered medium and it came out perfect which is no easy thing to accomplish on a thin steak. It was trimmed well and had no gristle and just the right amount of pink, but not raw. The fries were good and it came with a side salad, too. We were waited on promptly, and food came quickly enough. We received our bill promptly and as this is our 4th time here, we came equipped with cash so no credit card fee. Well done. Wish you would add clam chowder to the menu, homemade with cream or at least half and half.

Only had one bad experience there with one waitress not wanting to get off her phone and come service our table. She seemed too busy servicing her social media or whatever she was so indulged in on her phone and eating at the bar she couldn’t be bothered to even bring us straws for our drinks or give us our check at the end of our visit. I could be more understanding if the place was so slammed with customers, and she was seeing more than just us. We were the only table at the time she was waiting until another couple came in after we had already ordered. So, there is no excuse for the delay in our service. When we waiting for our bill and she never came back to our table to get us refills on our drinks or drop off the bill we ended up going up tot he bar to get our bill so we could pay and leave. She walked past us two times, not even acknowledging we were standing there waiting for the bill. When we asked for the bill on her trip back into the back, she got a snotty attitude with my mom telling her she was too busy to get to us. She was never apologetic about it once for her slack in service or her attitude. I had visited there a couple of days later, and the same waitress was there and still the same attitude as before. So this doesn’t seem like she just had one bad day. This seems to be how she is.

We went for dinner last night. The second time we have been there. I had the philly cheese steak sandwich. And it was amazing. The absolute best one I have had in a long time. The meat was cooked perfectly. Just the right amount of peppers and the bun was perfect.

Walked in to eat with 40 minutes before close. Didnt realize they closed at 8 before driving down but decided to try anyhow. Instead of being greeted amd us asking if there was time to order and eat, the waitress yells to the back the grill closes in 7 minutes right. Their sign should say noone seated after 715 if they dont want to walk out by 8pm. Having worked in restaurants, we were always there at least an hour past closing to clean and close grill. Didnt have to wait for a server to greet us bc she clearly didn’t want to serve us by yelling outloud from bar area to back saying the grill closes in 7 minutes right. Who wants to chance that service from someone who didn’t want us coming in.

We’ve been there twice and enjoyed it both times. First time I got the shrimp tacos and they were delicious. Second time I got the fish tacos and they were really good too. Kids love their catfish!

I wish I had read the reviews. I would not have tried this restaurant. Service was “interesting” to say the least. Waitresses seem very interested in chatting with each other, the customer? Not so much. Going out at 8 p.m. I found the bright lighting a little much, especially as it highlighted the multitudes of unbussed tables. My entrée included a salad, which surprisingly was served at the same time as my meal. Despite the excruciatingly slow service, the waitress rushed me. Are you ready? Why yes, I would like another drink. Per others, they add an almost 4% charge for credit cards. Why not just increase your prices rather than nickel and dime? I did report to AMEX. The actual meal was edible, but certainly not very good. Would I return? I suppose if I had been starved half to death and then someone forced me at gunpoint… I would probably just say “no thanks”. The worst restaurant? It certainly ranks highly in that category. Bread? Don’t even ask. If only negative stars were possible.

The Shrimp on the platter we delicious. My wife’s Po Boy Wrap was not too shabby. There was a stand out spice but recall what it was. BBQ seasoning on the fries interesting. The service was great.
