This place was so bad, and I don’t say that often about the places I visit.

We came here after an exhausting day of driving the location was pretty easy to find with plenty of parking at a parking garage. There was no wait when we went and we were seated right away. The waiter was extremely nice and knowledgeable. My wife and I both ordered some seafood raviolis I can’t remember exactly what was but they were really good. My son ordered tortellinis and my daughter ordered spaghetti for entre we shared a plate of cheesy bread. Everything came out in a timely manner and was perfect. I will definitely be back to this place when I’m in salt lake again.

Went there with a party of 14 last week. They didn’t allow me to make a reservation because “it was very busy” but when we went there it was almost empty and the wait was short (~ 30 mins) which was sort of confusing.

I wish we lived closer and could go more frequently. Everything was amazing. If you look at the pics you can almost taste the food. I liked chicken Alfredo the best.

Their spaghetti game is strong. If you’re up for some classic comfort food, this place hits the spot.

We made our reservation online and didn’t have to wait at all when we got to the restaurant. We asked to sit inside the trolley and our friendly hostess was kind enough to accommodate us. Our server, Kevin, was by far the BEST server I’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was so nice, and he attended to us often, making sure we had full glasses, and everything we needed to have a wonderful dining experience. The food was DELICIOUS from the bread, all the way to the spumoni dessert. Spaghetti Factory has never disappointed me yet. Thank you Kevin, and the Spaghetti Factory staff!

Wanted to take my Girlfriend to a nice restaurant and ended up embarrassed. Wilted salad, bread tasted like a dry sea sponge, spaghetti with mushrooms add chicken was maybe a 6.2 out of 10. The jumbo lobster/crab raviolis was about a 4.5 out of 10. Prices were a 2 out of 10. Atmosphere is a 10/10 Asked for Spamoni ice cream at the end and just got a scoop of chocolate. Will never be back and will recommend others do not visit this location.

It is a little dark when you first walk in, and it has a very rustic feel, but in a good way that makes you feel like you are in a familiar place. The food is top-notch. We had the chicken alfredo, a Pot Pouri pasta, which allowed us to try 4 sauces at the same time. The clam based sauce was our favorite even more than the marinara. The browned butter and parmesean sauce was also really good. The italian soda had great flavor and was not watered down, plus you can keep that glass. The cheese bread topped with bacon was so soft on the inside with a nice crisp crust that was not too thick. I used to go here in my youth and always got the lasagna, it was good to branch out. The price was about 20 to 25 per person including drinks. I recommend the spumoni ice cream for desert.
