What a beautiful place, the decor is vibrant yet classy. The service is great, our server was very pleasant and attentive. We ordered the asparagus mushroom cream, seared salmon and scallops and the NY strip. All beautiful presented. I can’t wait to go back and try other dishes. 5 stars review all the way!

We had an amazing dinner at The One. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. The One is very small, but the food has big flavor. Our faves were the grilled octopus, the waygu sliders and the stuffed peppers.

This is my second time at The One and it won’t be my last. Each time I came to dine, my wife and I were met with smiles and a home feel. The food is amazing. Chef “D” has a great balance of food choices and everything tastes great. This visit, we had the crispy mushrooms, crispy pork belly, charred octopus, Asparagus/crab soup and the Special of scallops and fish. Many of our dishes were recommended by our wonderful server and co-owner, Alice. Her selections were on point! This place is a hidden gem that is perfect for date night or a gathering with friends.

FANTASTIC service! From the moment we walked in it was a five star experience!!! Lawrence was our waiter and the service was impeccable. We ordered the quail, duck, lamb pops & brie – all had incredible presentation and even better flavor! Thank you for a memorable birthday celebration!

Talk about a vibe! The One has cultivated an atmosphere of intimacy in a very unassuming spot in the Plantation Market. This place is a firecracker! It’s the bomb! I havent eaten here yet but I’ve seen the specials change daily and the food looks so good! I walked in 7 minutes to close and couldn’t bring myself to get a drink it’s just not my style to order 30 minutes before closing and usually an hour before closing I’m very wary as a consumer.

What a wonderful surprise to find a little slice of Euro-Asian heaven in a strip center in Matthews!!! And that served bone marrow! The food was amazing and the craft cocktails were superb! I had the pork belly in addition to the bone marrow and it was surprisingly filling. I am a big guy who loves to eat but the flavors were so incredible that a small plate was just enough. I hesitated to leave a review because I was tempted to keep this hidden gem all to ourselves, but am willing to share because Monica and her family are so awesome!

Absolutely delightful! I cannot rave enough about this restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant, yet comfortable, the staff was very attentive and friendly, cocktails original and delicious! Of course the best part was the food which was absolutely scrupulously prepared. I really appreciated the mix of traditional favorites like lamb , but with a ox of unusual items such as roasted bone marrow or blackened octopus. In short, if you are looking for a superb place to eat, look no further!

A hidden gem! This place is cozy and elegant but not too “stuffy!” The food was amazing. We ordered the lamb chops, pork belly and their daily special of scallops and lobster. I wish we ordered more. Our server, Alice was very friendly, attentive and made great recommendations. You will not be disappointed with a dinner here at The One.

Perfect little spot for tapas! We went for girls night out & had a great time. We tried Bocalao Croquettes, Tomato Arugula Salad, Fried Buffalo Burrata & PEI Mussels (not pictured). The food was delicious, ambiance ideal & staff friendly & helpful. We had a chance to talk to the new bartender & look forward to coming back to see what new, fresh cocktails join the menu. I could totally see this becoming one of my neighborhood go tos!
