Nice to enjoy a piece of Hawaii in Bham! Fresh and tasteful! My kids didn’t want any at first glance. Both both agreed it tasted awesome and they wish they would of ordered a poke bowl too!

Fantastic poke restaurant, one of my favorites. I usually get the brunch bowl with ahi tuna and salmon, with brown rice. Seriously tasty and healthy. Very nice staff, fast food prep. I come here every time I get into Birmingham. Super recommended!

I had a big bowl with mixed greens, spicy tuna, ginger, tobiko, avocado, and wasabi aoli. It was so good, I didn’t have time to take a picture. They work very fast and get your food done very quickly even in a busy time. Would definitely go back. Very affordable and delicious.

Me and my husband live about an hour away, we wanted to try something new so decided to get a poke bowl. We have never been here before again so we asked the lady what she recommended she was VERY rude and told us we just go by the steps. Didn’t even offer us drinks with our meal even though we were dining in. Bad customer service and the food was horribly put together. Will not be back at this location.

Very good poke in the heart of Birmingham. A bit more veggies and sauce would have complimented the large rice portion well. I would certainly come back again.

Ono Poke is very very good when it comes to poke. One of the best places I’ve had poke from. All of the ingredients were very very fresh. The guys were really nice and quick even during a lunch rush. To find a place selling good poke was one of the best parts of Pizitz food hall. I’ll definitely be back very soon to get another bowl.

I absolutely LOVE poké. It’s such a popular quick, ‘fast food’ stop for lunch or even dinner back in San Diego. They’re everywhere in California so I was use to seeing them almost as often as you’d see a Jack’s here in Alabama. So when I found a poké spot in Birmingham I was SO excited to try it. I did have to drive quite a ways out (coming from Alabaster) but it was SO worth it! I HIGHLY recommend this particular spot if it’s near you. I have yet to try their location in Homewood so once I do, I’ll be able to compare the difference in quality as well as atmosphere from this location in downtown Birmingham. Otherwise, it’s worth checking it out.

Ono Poke is in the Pizitz food hall and has absolutely stellar food. The ahi tuna is marinaded in a slightly sweet soy marinade and served with tons of extra fresh ingredients. Service is very fast and they keep the line moving even when it’s very busy.
