Rube’s this isn’t. With a little effort, this place could be much better. Rather than using a gas grill, like everyone has at home, it would be great to use charcoal. The steak quality is pretty good, but they don’t make them look appetizing. The display case should be full of steaks… It looks much more appealing. If you can’t fill it, then the display case should be much smaller. More attentive, quicker service would also be appreciated.

Incredibly disappointed. It was my first time coming from Puerto Rico and we were a big group very excited since we heard good things about the place. Let’s start with no one answering the phone, apparently they disconnected it, the famous grill was off because it made the place too hot, and half of the draft beers didn’t work. We got there roughly at 6:30pm, waiter took our drink order, those arrived 20 minutes later. More time passed and it was 7:10pm and still NO one took our order. We paid for our drinks and left.

The food was great but the service was so bad, I think we got the one person who didn’t know how to speak to people. Just a tip yelling ‘next’ when you want another person’s order is rude as hell, say ‘and what would you like’. Sticking your thumb in someone’s salad while serving them is disgusting, use a tray if you need to. I really hope he reads this and improves because other than that it was fine. We could tell our server seemed overworked but when you spend hundreds of dollars to take someone out that you haven’t seen for years I expect a little more than what I got.

Great ambience and service. The restaurant is famous for its streaks which were cooked to the right point we requested. They also offer the option of grill-your-own which we’ve done in the past but we decided to go with the option of having the chef grill it for us.

They were very busy and had a large party when we arrived. We were seated promptly. Service was a little slow, but not terrible. The food was very good, but took quite a while due to it being busy, and “burger night”. My steak was perfectly prepared, and very tender and flavorful. My wife had the shrimp which was also very good. It was a bit pricey, but overall a very enjoyable experience.
