What can I say? Well, nothing bad that’s for sure. My husband, son, and granddaughter had so much to eat, I thought they would explode. Did was fresh, hot, tasty, and plenty of it. This was not just seafood. There is a bit of everything included in the fair price. And, desserts galore. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime thing to enjoy. You must visit. Eat, relax, shop, and enjoy the artifacts collection. Oh, go hang out on deck, you will rock out on their rocking swinging chairs. While you’re there, take plenty of pictures and play a game or two of Corn-Hole. We did. What a beautiful place. The nautical decor is so soothing. The shop has handmade items from local artisans. So cool! We plan on coming back again, just don’t know when. Wish it was next week. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and the food. Make sure you go to the Original Captain Benjamin’s Seafood Calabash!!

There is no shortage of seafood buffets in Myrtle Beach. After checking reviews and costs we decided on this one. We found it to be a decent seafood buffet. We were greeted by a nice young man and taken to the hostess stand. The hostess was also so very friendly and we were sat immediately. The food was pretty good with a lot of variety. The hush puppies were delicious. The crab legs were average size. They had someone serving them and everyone was given 3 clusters at a time. I would recommend this seafood buffet.

Every trip to Myrtle Beach warrants a trip to Original Benjamin’s Calabash! The food along with the most delicious crab legs are simply amazing! It’s always a HIT never a miss and we love coming back year after year! Let’s not forget the amazing staff that offers the best customer service ever. This experience is long standing as every waiter and waitresses that we’ve encountered has had amazing customer service skills! My family and I love it and I can say we have made it a family tradition!

This is the best all you can eat seafood I have ever ate in Myrtle Beach. They have awesome service, kid friendly and very reasonable price and if you are in the military They give a discount for every adult meal at your table which is awesome. They even make exceptions for younger children! email them and they’ll explain the exceptions as far as the meal plan especially with picky eaters. My family and I will come back every time we’re in Myrtle Beach just because of how good the food was and the service outstanding!!!!

There were many buffets to choose from. I asked the concierge, and he said to make sure I went to the original. Wow, was he right. I have been to a variety of high end like vegas upscale buffets to lower end in many areas. This one had the largest variety of seafood i have seen. Raw, fried, baked, and broiled, prepared in many styles. There was also a great selection of other meats, pasta, and vegetables. Flavors were fantastic. More varieties of prepared and raw crabs than I could count. Seemed spendy at first but well worth every penny. Service was great. Was greated at the door by a hostess and had great service by the waiter. Very attentive. See pictures attached.

Honestly the food was mid, most of it was cold. The crab legs were good even though they didn’t have seasoning but you can ask for it on the side. I would say my favorite part was the dessert as they have plenty of options to choose from. This place honestly wouldn’t be my top choice to come back to. It was a really cool experience nonetheless and the service was great! Our server Maggie was awesome and very attentive! She NEVER let our drinks reach half way without coming by to refill them. She was constantly checking up on us if we needed anything. She was awesome and super sweet!!

Went for dinner today and the choices of food was outstanding, over 170 items and the crab legs were delicious. Came just to eat the seafood. Working in NC and husband decided drive over hour to take me. Definitely worth the money and will return. Waitress never let glass get empty before refilling. Never had to ask.
