This place has excellent customer service every time I go. The food is always good and hot until today. I don’t know if the chicken recipe has changed or not. It had a almost burnt taste mixed with some herbs that don’t go well together. The chicken itself isn’t burnt and Im not sure if its the oil but something is definitely different. I became really nauseous trying to eat one wing. I tried calling before writing this review but I didn’t get a answer none of the times I called. To be clear again I have never had a bad experience with food here until today.

Blue berry waffle was bomb!!! Light, fluffy with a little hint of crisp. I like the chicken too. Nice clean taste. Doesn’t taste like the use old oil to fry. Chicken is moist and has a strong crisp texture on outside. Check them out! No sit in area so it’s take out only.

Customer service was excellent. I was greeted right when coming in and the gentleman at the front desk helped me navigate the menu and gave me recommendations. My food was prepared quickly. The chicken is fried Korean style, which is worth noting. The mac and cheese was surprisingly good and the tropical fruit punch was delicious. Above all, the customer service was the best part of the experience.

The staff is super friendly, and I would easily put my interaction as one of the top experiences I’ve had when it comes to food service. The food is really good, I ordered the chicken tenders and waffle. The chicken is very juicy, and fried perfectly, and the waffle was top notch. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop here, you won’t regret it.

Went to the Owings Mills location for the first time and was greeted by Morgan. He was very helpful, suggesting his favorites. Made sure I got a sample of the best sauces and overall was exceptional with his customer service! He is a keeper! I don’t live in the area, but will definitely make sure to find a time to come back!
