The food here just isn’t good. Paid an extra $5 for some cubed chicken that wasn’t fresh or good at all on a Caesar salad. The alfredo sauce was like soup. The ground beef in the meat sauce reminded me of something you’d get at the cafeteria in elementary school. The buffalo sauce on the wings was all at the bottom of the basket. It’s like the wings weren’t sauced at all, and the paper lining came off onto the wings. The pizza wasn’t good either and the dough definitely wasn’t fresh. The zucchini sticks were extra oily and the zucchini fell out of the breading. Half the arcade machines weren’t working, and importantly, the employees weren’t friendly. Skip this place, and go elsewhere.

I’m currently working in Fontana where there’s 3 taco shops at every plaza. Needless to say, there isn’t much variety other than your run of the mill fast food chains as usual. This was the closest “Italian” joint that I could find to my vicinity. I gave it a shot and wasn’t impressed. The service was decent, the location is large and clean. Although I can’t speak on any other dish or pizza, the Chicken Fettuccine Primavera did come out nice and hot. Beyond that it was a bland and flavorless pile of noodles and runny Alfredo soup.

This place is terrible. Look at the picture of our pizza below you can clearly tell this pizza wasn’t made fresh at all. The sizes of the slice of pizza do not match at all!!! This pizza is clearly bits and pieces of older pizza just restuck together with cheese. Look at the picture!! The way you cut a pizza the cut should go all the way through from one edge of the pizza to the other. Not a single cut of this pizza connects properly which shows this is clearly recycled pizza slices from past customers. This is not sanitary at all!! How do I know someone didn’t touch or sneeze on these older slices? This is very lazy work and I’m highly disappointed there’s absolutely no way you can tell me this pizza was freshly baked the size of the slices are way off.

Let me start by saying this was my first and last time going to this place. So I started by going in and placed my order to go. The guy gets what I ordered wrong charged me for something I didn’t want them well I’m waiting not knowing that my order is wrong. They serve my order as if I was going to eat there and when they hand me my order I was missing an item. When I get home I see they didn’t give me what I asked for. Well then I call to let them know they made a mistake and they say well I didn’t charge you for it. But that’s not the point I went in there and order how do you get something wrong when I’m face to face with you and I speak perfect English. I can’t even enjoy my food lost my appetite how are they going to get the one thing I wanted to eat wrong waste of money, time and just everything.

We had a great time and the food was amazing, as usual. The Eggplant Parmesan is to die for! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had this time was that the game machines in the game room need some serious attention. Most of the games gobbled up our tokens yet did not work or give the tokens back. We lost quite of few tokens and all three of our kids were very disappointed. We had a good time anyway, but hopefully they’ll be fixed before our next visit. Also, a big thank you for allowing us to bring in a birthday cake for our grandson.
