The problem with trying to get a Chicago Dog in Dallas-Fort Worth is that most places don’t make them correctly. They won’t use Vienna Beef, or they think “regular” relish is fine with an ordinary hot dog bun. The problem with Joey O’s is that it’s a long drive from where I live in SW Arlington!

Cheese steak was the way I liked it. Good!! Broccoli cheese soup was horrible, way too salty and I can still taste it today. Wish them well, soup is bad. Tried to call and talk to someone before I posted this but couldn’t leave a VM

If it was just the food, I would give them a 5 star. They lost 2 stars for the music playing so loud that it was hard to carry on a conversation over it. If I wanted to be at the club I would be downtown DFW on a Friday night.

Seriously need to go here more. I stopped by one time after seeing a lot about it on facebook, so I swung in one time in between classes. Great friendly staff, great food, great prices. As I said I need to go back. The food is great and the prices are equally great. So I need to go and try more on the menu, but glad they are here in Parker Square. Keep on being great and awesome!

I went in and ordered a wrap today. The person making it put it on bread and when I told them that it was supposed to be a wrap, they just said “well it’s too late now”. They continued making it into a sub and wrapping it with paper even though they could’ve easily moved it onto a tortilla. Poor customer service and first impression. Won’t be coming back

Wonderful sandwiches and hot dogs. Joey ‘s puts places like jimmy John’s and subway to shame. I highly recommend it. The staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. I also appreciate the out door seating on a nice day. I wish they had more vegetarian options, like a vegetarian cheese steak type sandwich, and fresh mushrooms.
