The food tasted okay, the delivery was poor, and the time it took to arrive from when they called was 40 minutes longer than what Google maps estimated so totalling 1hr10min rather than 30 minutes. So food was cold, even in the delivery bag.

This review is not for the whole primos employee nor the food! I’ve been coming to primos for over 6 years and never had any issue with customer service. This new male employee has given me attitude twice in the past few weeks and even accused me of not paying for my food! When he looked in the system he just said “you right”, instead of apologizing for his error when he was the one that rang me up. I love primos and the employees but this new one needs to learn some customer service skills and not speak to me like I’m one of his “boys”. Such a shame because I genuinely enjoy the food and the primos environment

My brother order a large pie to the hotel he was staying at. The lady delivers the pizza and takes my brother $20 bill. Half hours later she comes back saying my brother gave her a fake $20 bill. If it was fake why did you took it? The bill in fact was not fake it was wet from the pool. They threatened to call the police for giving them fake money when it was not fake. We had to change the SAME BILL at a near by store to give it to her. Very disappointed with the customer service we received.

Rude people all 3 times I was there. Never going back scicillian pizza not good either but it’s the rude employees with funny attitudes that will make me never go there again and I’m 43 yrs living in Elizabeth being treated badly by people half my age. Not a way to run a business if you don’t like looks of certain people don’t make comments in another language because surprise we all know all the derogatory words of your language and we can tell when you don’t value us. Sad way to do business, amigo.

Worst food experience hands down. ordered food at around 9:45 and paid online. called at around 11:10 and was told that the driver just left and was 10 minutes away. called again at 11:45 and was quickly left on hold for 5 minutes before I could even say anything. called 3 more times at midnight and nobody answered. OMG! I loved this pizza so much I ordered it twice during my stay at Embassy Suite the second night I did also got the Tiramisu! Everything I had was delicious! It must’ve been if I ordered it twice, right? Ordering on the phone was quick and courteous! I had it delivered with prompt and friendly service! I loved the thin sliced pepperoni pizza, garlic knots and the Caesar salad was awesome! You must get the tiramisu it was so so good! If I’m ever back in the area for work I will definitely order again! Thank you Primo!
