Very clean place with extremely hospitable staff. Both young men where helpful and friendly. My husband’s family is from Philly so we know a good cheesesteak when we have it and this was definitely in good competition!!! It compares itself to the Philly cheese steak and it is a true claim!! Don’t forget the ketchup! I love the facts about cheesesteak and hoagies as well that are on the wall. Nice touch! There are six in our family and the dining area was accoommadating for us all, even the kids! Until we come back again Authentic Cheesesteak of Lorain Ohio!!! Thanks!

they come out of the side opening to shout “you got a pickup” then come up to the counter and ask what size fry you ordered after they just bagged up the food? My only request is that I asked for my fries well done but and these are literally soggy.. disgusting do not waste your time or money , would give 0 stars if I could , 17$ for 1 small sandwich and a plain French fry is absolutely ridiculous

We had a company event and I ordered their box lunches. Everyone loved the lunch and they did an outstanding job! Great for catering a large group and terrific customer service. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again!

A favorite food stop whether for lunch or dinner! This place makes the BEST Philly cheesesteaks, hands down. Their sides slap also, and they offer quite the variety. They have a punch card too!

Food was delicious and service was quick especially being the first week this location is open. Please remember all food is MADE TO ORDER there are no warmers or pre cooked foods so its gonna take longer than 30 seconds to get your food. But the wait is well worth it. If you like REAL Philly Style Cheesesteaks this is the spot to go.

I had the cheesesteak with the blue cheese sauce on it. Absolutely incredible. The loaded tots were like nothing I’ve ever tasted. Great invent there. The kid working was super nice and did an excellent job taking care of the entire place. Also I found it super cool they had a couple games to play. But the food was out super fast so I played after I was done. Definitely a must visit if your in the area.

This was terrible. Went at 830 pm. Place was darker than normal so I cracked the door open. Employee came out. I said are you open? He responds, the door is open isn’t it? Ok…. whatever. Got 3 cheesesteaks. 2 with double meat. So sad. No flavor and no double meat. 2 orders of fries tasted like reheated hour old fries. Also, I could get more fries ordering a medium at Mcds. These fries are the furthest from FRESH cut. This dude didn’t care at all what he gave me. Clearly was annoyed I came in with 30 mins to close. $56 and I got luke warm garbage. I hope the owners or manager sees this. Awful awful. Deserves negative stars.
