I ordered a Turkey & Cranberry sandwich, which is what I always order. What I got was turkey on bread, nothing else. No mayonnaise or cranberry which are always there. Dry bread with turkey is not worth $9. I asked for extra mayonnaise when I ordered. The female employee preparing the food did not seem interested in being there. The male employee at the register was more professional. I’m disappointed. This is truly the worst experience I’ve had there. I ate the turkey, which was good. But still, my order was not right.

I visited on July 2nd expecting great food and customer service. Instead, I was treated worst than dirt, disrespected and denied service by Aaron Fournier, the so-called general manager. He showed prejudice and contempt for me as a customer. I ultimately left and will never return again.

We ordered the “Lunch Box” which was turkey with 2 sides and it was fantastic! The turkey was fresh and the sides were filling (mac and cheese was particularly good) – and it was a good value at around $11 each. Would definitely get again!

I needed to share the horrible experience we had at the location in the Reading Terminal. Not only was the guy working the counter, rude and dismissive…he “prepared” this sandwich with the ends of the bread, one piece of turkey and basically just slapped this together. No meat to speak of, and hastily slammed my food around. UNACCEPTABLE treatment and subpar food. NEVER agin will will patronize this establishment. Corporate needs to check up on this franchise.

Ordered thinly sliced turkey for sandwiches at home. Presented me with very thick pieces. I returned the package. The person said that they made it as thin as possible and this time she wrapped the pieces so that I could not see the pieces. Opened package at home-same pieces that I rejected.

I always get this original turkey sandwich when I am in Philly. Today, however, the turkey was still wonderful but what used to be soft bread was now hard and coarse. The sandwich went from a 5 star to a 3 star in my view. Please return to the old soft bread.

Great tasting turkey, stuffing, canned jelly cranberry sauce, and macaroni and cheese. Huge stuffing club sandwich.

I turned to the original turkey out of desperation because all of the cheese steak places had at least a thirty minute line. I was surprised how quickly I was helped and how pleasant the staff were. The turkey sandwich I ordered was fresh. The turkey breast was juicy and warm next to the contrasting fresh tomato and lettuce. I got it on wheat bread and it was soft and tasty bread. I did not expect to have the best turkey sandwich of my life that day, but was happy to be surprised.

So juicy and moist that the sandwich was almost drinkable. Had to dock a star for the service. Otherwise, the experience is a good one.
