The wait staff was sweet and kind, making sure we were well taken care of. The food was mediocre at best, bland with little to no effort put into it. We didn’t try the pizza, deciding to have other Italian style dishes. The ravioli was soggy and over cooked, while the spaghetti was just blah and had little to no meat in its sauce. The inside of the building is tired, dark and dingy like a place from the 1920’s. Which is kind of cool in an old mobster way, but made it hard to see your companions. I will probably not be visiting this place again.

They claimed to have lost our ticket in the kitchen. This was told to us after 1 hour and 17 minutes. Not once did the waitress ask us for refills on our drinks. She never checked on our order and gave us feedback. When we got our first part of the order which was Chicken Alfredo it was cold and the toast was cold as well. Ridiculous! A little communication would have gone a long way. Sorry, but I will not go there ever again!

Always has been one of my favorite places to go when I go visit my mom. Pretty consistent food wise been going to this OP for many years. Pizza is amazing, sandwiches are amazing, people that work here are always friendly and it’s a good sit down restaurant to enjoy a meal and conversation.

I asked what’s on the house salad. She described a good salad with tomato, cucumber and croutons. I got wilted bagged lettuce only. Then she got annoyed when I asked for the rest of the salad, and she brought a bare minimum. No comment such as “sorry about that.”

Owner completely forgot to put our entire order in so one person in our party didn’t get their food until the rest of us were done. No compensation just excuses even though she admitted to forgetting it. Could have atleast offered him a free beer! I mean come on!

Slow service. Not very friendly. I asked for a small amount of grenadine in my Pepsi & she said “we don’t do that here” then our food took forever and it was just me and my mom and maybe 2 other tables there. The owner used her bare dirty hands, no gloves when plating the salad my mom ordered. Seems like she hates her job & is not appreciative for anyone’s business. Could care less about her customers. Very disappointing
