We had been here once before and had been looking forward to coming back ever since! Came to town to celebrate a birthday over lunch and the food was so good! Wait staff was friendly. The vibe might be a little off, but you come here for the food! Between the four of us we had the quesadilla and fruit cup, baked sweet potato and daily soup, strawberry salad, and roast beef (?) sandwich.

Local. Local. Local. The Owl Shoppe is the best hidden gem! The food is ALWAYS delicious…made to order…and locally sourced. I love this for my home town! I had the chicken melt w/ chips…although is may sound simple, but is was SO tasty & very well made! Great place to reconnect w/ friends/family. Please support this place. I live in OKC & will come down to Shawnee, just to eat here.

Really good food! This used to be the Owl Drug store where I used to go get ham salad sandwiches and eat them at the counter but now it’s all grown up serving GREAT Birra tacos! Seriously, some of the best Birra I have had. So good! I figured I needed a little fruit to go with it and I’m so glad I did! Man, the fruit cup blew me away! Blood orange, dragon fruit, kiwi, apricot, along with all the normal players like strawberries, black berries, and blueberries. No honey dew melon in sight so that was a huge win in my book!

I was pleasantly surprised with this place! It doesn’t look like it’s a restaurant from the outside. I ordered the Mediterranean salad with chicken and it was delicious. My colleague ordered the birria grilled cheese and that looked amazing. Her fruit bowl had all kinds of different fruit, including dragon fruit. Will definitely be back

The grilled cheese supreme is pretty good. However, the tortilla strips were terrible and way over cooked. Service was good, but if you don’t have time to wait at least 45 mins for your food eat somewhere else.
