Beautiful new location inside the Westin. Traditional home style decor. The lobster was tremendous. Professionally served. The bacon as an appetizer was great. The Wedge was great. Service could have been more attentive given the fact there were so few people there- only 3 tables on a Sunday evening.

The waitress was very attentive to our party of 8. We had the Nova scotia it was huge. It came with a separate salad and dessert. The sides are delightful. The creamed spinach was the best side on the menu. Desserts looked good but were not the best overall . Great dining experience.

Actually, as BEAUTIFUL as this place is…. The service was not great! It took a really long time for one entree to come out…. after the rest of us were finished & boxing up. There was no bread service to go with our bread plates. My son ordered an entree, and was told much later that the item was actually all out. And the meal I had in particular was way too salty. Just thought for the ambiance and cost, it would have been more “bang!”

We knew that The Palm has a great reputation after visiting locations in Houston and New York, we were expecting a nice lunch….but what a disappointment we visited about 2:30 pm and it might be a shift change for personnel, we sat down and after a couple of minutes a server came and took our drink order…a Guiness beer in a can and a Lemon Drop….drinks came…Guiness in a can with no glass to pour it, he just left the drinks there and left….had to wave him down and ask for a glass…

My family and I just had dinner here and when I say the service 10/10 Lucky was AMAZING so attentive, funny, thoughtful, professional, and the list can go on.The BEST service i’ve gotten anywhere , the food was also delicious but if you decide to eat here ask for Lucky(Joshua) it will be the best experience he deserves everything. I will definitely be coming back to just to see Lucky. I will say the steak was a bit dry but Lucky made sure I was happy with my meal.

Update: host ignored us while he was on the phone for 7 minutes. Wife ordered steak without salt. She has a medical condition and cannot have salt. Kitchen staff sent a steak out that was so salty a normal person couldn’t eat it. Kitchen staff doesn’t listen to directions and host needs major training on acknowledging customers, even while speaking in the phone!! Eventually, they sent another steak and made the situation right. The bar tender who took our order was very apologetic and nice.
