Had time for a quick breakfast with my spouse before flying home. Excellent service, eggs just how you order them. Coffee was a little bitter but everything else was just how you like it. Has all the cool prints on the walls from years gone by. Definitely worth it if you have the time. Again, terrific service.

Service was great that is the 2 Stars. Food ? Not what I would expect from The Palm. Ate there many times in LA-

I had the salmon with a side of asparagus which was very nice though I left the beans. Be advised it was one of the most expensive items on the menu at almost $50 I don’t think it was worth that. Also it was very slow to come out taking almost 40 minutes. Saw burgers on other tables coming out much much quicker.

Horrendous! Avoid. Boxed gnocchi with canned and watery choopped mushrooms topped with congealed mozzarella is what you get for 33 DOLLARS when you order gnocchi with black truffle and thyme. It actually beyond false advertising. It’s fraud and its not even edible. Sadly, it was the only vegetarian item on the menu and so I was lured in. 27 DOLLARS for a glass of super average Sauvignon Blanc has become the norm for NY but coupled with the nasty food is an added insult as was the bartender insulting two guests in front of me. This company needs to go out of business and JFK needs to insist on it. What a horrible impression for a gateway city. I quietly told the server I was disappointed at the poor food including no truffle and no thyme in a dish that featured just those items. He said they were out of truffles and “corprorate wanted them to serve it this way to keep the costs down.” This used to be the stereotype for NY and most places have overcome that.

I saw less than three stars and was worried but was limited on time so I ran in. Great service very fast and my food was dynamite! Not a huge selection of items but my strip steak was delicious! Super juicy and not over cooked and the asparagus had a nice garlic hint on it. Nice wine selection and honestly it did not take very long to get

The worst food I have had in a while, calamari is filled with oiled coating. And who keeps Aquatina water, it is worst than a 3rd world country water. Save your dollars and stay away from them.

Food – even for airport standards this was too expensive for the quality. The chicken sandwich was so dry I could not eat more than half. The burger was good but comes with no condiments. The steak sandwich was the best of the three.

Landry’s needs to close this location. I realize that this Palm restaurant is located in an airport, but this was the worst service I have ever experienced at a “fine-dining”restaurant. It took over 15 minutes before a waiter came to take a drink order for myself and my wife. I had to ask about the status of the drink order after another 15 minutes. It was 1:45 in the afternoon and the restaurant was only 25% full! Our steaks were good, but the sides were average. Unfortunately, the horrible service ruined the entire experience.
