Nice atmosphere, friendly servers, and very accommodating. I made a reservation on the same day. Was greeted with a smile upon arrival & seated immediately. Ordered French onion soup, bacon, a crab cake, creamed corn, mushrooms, and a ribeye. Everything tasted great. Good seasoning, well flavored, and the food came out in a timely manner. My server was very nice and polite as well. This is one of my favorite restaurants when I’m in Orlando.

Our service was outstanding, thanks Chase. My friend had a correction to her steak which they made in record time, amazing chef. I have always had the salmon and it’s outstanding, this time I had the bass. I don’t recommend it. It was unflavored and dry. However, I would never take away from the brilliance and kindness of the staff at this restaurant. Oh, and the grilled octopus is to die for ❤️

Service is always professional and on point. Several eclectic tasty dishes. On the higher budget end for a meal, but you get what you pay for. Very nice to treat your family or date.

We went here in Orlando for my 40th birthday dinner and it was really one of the best steaks we’ve had. We didn’t even have room for dessert, but our salad, potatoes, wine and steak were oh so amazing. We shared a lovely booth and our waiter took excellent care of us on this special birthday.

The Palm is the best restaurant in the Universal Orlando vicinity. The service and food was top notch. It was an experience and was the dining highlight of our visit. Our waitress helped us navigate the wine list when our selection wasn’t available. Her suggestion was spot on. She made great recommendations and even shared some travel tips for Italy, when we shared our son was heading over the following month. We started with a shrimp cocktail and Buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes. My wife and daughter shared a N.Y. Strip. I ordered the veal chop parmigiana. When I asked how thin it was pounded our waitress’s response was magical, “How thin would you like it?” Perfecto! For sides, we had asparagus and the classic, half and half. Since we aren’t quitters, we capped off the night with a piece of gooey fudge cake. The Palm is not to be missed.

Really love this place. The food is great, I really love the portion size. The meals are higher end so it can be expensive but you’re not going wrong with the generous sizes. It’s a popular spot, so there’s always a lot of lively chatter and families which makes for a nice family environment. The servers have been nice to deal with the times I went there. I would love frequent the place more and see how my experiences are then.

Located inside the Hard Rock Hotel, it’s a classic dark furniture, overly dim, a la cart, expensive restaurant. My glass of wine was great and they offered a very robust selection. My sister ordered the chicken parm and tasted it a 3, rubbery and lacked flavor. The mashed potatoes were fantastic probably the best thing we ate. I ordered the branzino, although it was good, I spent a lot of time picking out bones and hard scales, but it wasn’t the best I’ve had. The mozzarella salad was odd, it came out in a heavily oil drenched shaving of fennel and artichoke with a few sprinkles of prosciutto and a ball of mozzarella, this was my least favorite. Our server Frederick was great and provided excellent service, I just wish the food was better and worth the price tag.

I’m actually sick to my stomach that I wasted $400 at this restaurant. We were on vacation and wanted a special experience; it was anything but. The steak and lobster were both absolutely terrible. While it had good flavor, we could barely saw through the medium rare steak with the sharp steak knife, and my jaw was literally sore from chewing. The lobster was cold and rubbery. My 12-year old ordered a Shirley Temple and the waitress kept apologizing for not bringing it, but it didn’t show up for 15 minutes after the adult drinks. Bread was alluded to, but that never showed up either. I’m 63 years old, and I’ve eaten in many fine restaurants. This was far and away the worst restaurant experience of my life. Don’t eat here unless you want to take a chance and money is meaningless to you.

Everything part of the dinner was top notch. So many high end restaurants have fantastic entrees, but the appetizer or salad is subpar. The Palm is great from top to bottom.

Came to celebrate our anniversary and had a 10/10 experience. Service was great with Paul as our server, the chicken parmigiana was delicious and came with a side of pasta which I really enjoyed. My husband ordered the ribeye with fries and my son ordered filet mignon, both were excellent! We were treated like family, and everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Thank you The Palm for an unforgettable night. 🙂
