We actually stayed at the Gruene Mansion Inn but didn’t get a chance to dine here until our last morning. Of course like anywhere in Gruene the ambiance is impeccable. We ate outside even in late August and it was still lovely. The food choices are somewhat limited, but everything we had was delicious. I got a couple of breakfast tacos that were packed and delicious (chorizo in one, bacon in the other). Wife got the egg soufflé with bacon and it was absolutely astounding! Jiggly, soft, and delicious. Highly recommended!

This is a hidden gem my husband and I have been going to for as long as we have been locals. The restaurant is wonderful to get breakfast even if you are not staying at the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is superb. They even make their salsa by hand!!!
