Maura at Parker House just handled my daughters Baby Shower. We definitely made the right choice. We were impressed from the moment we met with Maura. Her knowledge and experience put us at ease. With her hands on guidance we had the most beautiful event we had hoped for. Maura communicated with us and gave us excellent suggestions. It rained all day so we had to move the event inside. Maura and her team did not skip a beat. The day of the event went off perfectly. Maura and her team were attentive to every single one of our guests. The best bonus was is that the food was amazing!

Really good spot here! The salad was a good size portion and the drinks were great. They don’t take reservations so plan accordingly. I preferred this location over the upscale restaurants in Spring Lake.

Speaking for the restaurant only, great seafood and service – especially the mussels. Reef was our server and was super attentive and personable. A must stop if you’re down the Jersey shore!

I stopped by The Parker House for the first time today and it most certainly won’t be my last. Everything from the Colossal Shrimp Cocktail to the Parker House Lobster Roll was utterly fantastic. The Shoestring Fries were a tad on the salty side, but overall delicious. My waitress Maggie was warm, friendly and attentive. My order came out fast and fresh. This place is definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Nice Historic place, but, no parking at all, we had to park four blocks away, they have a huge beautiful building with NO in door dining (for lunch at least) and only one, 10 or so stool bar open to sit at, and it was outside with no food service at said bar, plenty of staff to accommodate having another bar open, the servers and the bartenders were awesome, fast and friendly, the hostesses on the other hand, not so friendly, my wife and I were seated on the front porch (the only dinig option) which was nice, but when my wife asked the hostess if we could sit at a table by the railing which was a table for four she told us no because she was sitting a party of four there, only to find out seconds later that she sat a party of two at that table, so she lied, I would never discourage anyone from trying this beautiful Historic restaurant, but we will never go back. Enjoy.

During this summer I decided to try all the lobster rolls around my Central Jersey area. I have to say that The Parker House by far come on the top. What a pleasant surprise to find this gem of goodness wrapped in the perfect buttery sweet roll. The Parker House is known by its God’s basement, and as a busy entertainment hub, but when lobster roll is concerned, they totally rule!

Server and service was excellent. The burrata appetizer was excellent. The lobster mac & cheese was horrible. Too much cheese and did not taste good. The lobster was not good tasted strange. Pasta was still hard. Service and appt 5 star but the lobster mac & cheese 1 star.

Tables are outside on a second floor porch, very nice. I had a chicken salad BLT wrap which was a bit salty coming from a guy that loves salt.

If you are having a private event, look no further than The Parker House. I held my rehearsal dinner here and it was perfection. Maura and Shane went above and beyond for me with the décor, personalized signs, menu, service, guest accommodations, etc. Everything was top notch and we really felt taken care of. Thank you Parker House!

Good seafood combined with a decent service and cool attractions you can explore (like the small balcony on the 3rd floor) make this place probably the best in the neighborhood. No wonder it was packed. Later in the evening there is some noise from the bar, so keep that in mind if you’re planning a dinner.
