I was there on trivia night. It was a fun night. I ordered salmon tacos with mango and cabbage.. 3 tacos for $15.99. The mango was not ripe. It was pretty dry because the salmon was over cooked. I must say it was disappointing because I liked the place and was having fun. I will give it another shot because the atmosphere and the service was good.Hopefully the cook was just having an off night.

The shrimp cocktail was horrible, but everything else tasted delicious. Prefer to pay with CC, waitress said card was declined, and not with discretion. I had used it prior and after leaving without a problem and checked with my bank to see if there was an issue and there wasn’t. It was a holiday weekend and I had no reservations. I will go back and I hope to find that they were just having a bad day. It happens to us all.

Smack in the middle of gorgeous farmland outside of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, The Penguin is popular with both locals and visitors. The pub fare is very good and I highly recommend the Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings. Topped off with great draft beer selections that include local breweries and excellent friendly service, you just can’t go wrong.

Stopped in for some suds and quick bite to eat after photo opp down at Middle creek with Snow Geese and was not disappointed. Full bar menu and bar. Impressed with array of beers on tap. Loved the tacos and my bartender. Good crowd in bar always helps with convo and again I was not disappointed. Will stop again myself or if I can manage to coerce my gf into coming this far for a great bite to eat.

The staff and food was excellent,The Valentines menu had a bigger selection and quality of items even more so than the high end resturaunts in our area for a much better price. The prime rib is one of my favorites. And the wings and sandwhichs are top notch. Make sure to reserve your table now.
