The restaurant may be more basic but makes up for it with good food and service. Unlike other places the pork chop was thicker and grilled more like a steak. The accompanying salad makes for a complete meal. The phi had an option for just beef balls. We also enjoyed the ice coffee served the Vietnamese way.

Had the shrimp summer rolls and tofu rice plate. The spicy basil leaves made the meal so satisfying. A local craft beer from the store next door cooled things off, too.

Mr. An was amazing. The food here is great and the service was very friendly and helpful. My wife (who isn’t Asian) can eat pho every day. She loved the pho. Flavorful complex broth, hot temp, thinly sliced tender meat, all good! I have pork belly vermicelli and the kids loved the grilled pork skewers. If you have time, check them out! If I ever drive through Frederick again, I’ll make this a regular stop!

The food was amazing! Some of the best Vietnamese we’ve had. Summer rolls with peanut sauce were my favorite. Beef pho was delicious. Dumplings in the wonton soup were next level. Everything was clearly made to order and fresh. Highly recommend.

Food was great. Had the grilled chicken tacos. You get 2 tacos but only one was pictured. Large fulfilling servings and quite flavorful. My only 2 complaints is that it was too quiet and the service was a bit slow.

Pho is great, but not $18 great. If you got deep pockets, their Pho is pretty decent. Waiter caters to regulars first, but that’s par for the course. Will come back to try their other options when I get some more disposable income.
