Really rude service. I asked the lady at the counter if there is a pork option for the rice plate, she pointed to the menu in a tone as if I were retarded and illiterate. My eyes couldn’t see far (near-sighted). Quality of food isn’t good either. Pork wasn’t grilled properly. I think it was reheated from the fridge and wasn’t made fresh. I could tell.

My initial visit (not busy) left me with a positive experience, leading me to bringing more people with me to share the same experience I had the first time around except it went terribly wrong. I guess working under pressure for these people isn’t their cup of tea but Ive worked in the food industry for many years before so I know things can be unpredictable, unbearable and being rude isn’t a solution. you should not yell at any customers as a validity of frustration as the lady that works here shows. Unfortunately this place lost all recommendations and services from me. You should learn from your reviews instead of validating them.

This place is awesome. I wish they were open on weekends and later in the day, but I understand. We tried their rice and meat bowls. I had chicken and pork, and my partner had pork and beef. All the meats were incredible, juicy, flavorful, and tender. The rice was perfect. The fried shrimp bites are amazing, and I would happily pay for a bigger size if they came in one. Will be coming back many times. Service was very fast and courteous.

Placed a pickup order thru doordash and I didn’t check it until I made it to my next destination which was in the same shopping strip. I ordered the shrimp vermicelli and instead of getting vermicelli I received white rice. I went back and the lady at the counter was more than willing to correct the order. But if you have been here before then u will know that if u are standing at the counter u can see directly into the kitchen. She took my order to the lady preparing the food and explained. She came back and said it will be a couple of minutes and to have a seat. I sat at the table in front of the counter with my back turned towards the kitchen. I turned around to see if it was ready and what I witnessed disgusted me to the fullest. The lady preparing my food was using her bare hands to place the food into the togo containers. They way it was done proved to me this is what she does all the time. When the lady from the counter brought me my food I explained to her that I actually saw her cook using her bare hands to prepare my food and explained how unsanitary that is. She immediately went to the cook and told her what I saw and that I wanted a fresh plate. The cook appeared with gloves on but I think the public should be made known of this practice. I honestly believe I should report this to the health department

Thank you for the food but horrible customer service. I guess she got mad because I didn’t tip for a to go order which was 10 orders and I went and pick it up. When I asked for siracha sauce she gave me only 4 I ask for more and she responded rude telling me next time to keep in mind she charge for those. Trust me it will not be a next time. I pay almost $200 and you can’t even give me sauces for 10 orders.

I ordered the Beef sandwich and it was good. It’s usually one of my favorite things at Vietnamese restaurants. I asked the lady if she could make it spicy but she said she can’t. I was like whatever, just give it to me the way it is. I have to say it was plenty spicy, and it was good. Either way the food was good, and I’ll be back get more. Glad I found this place, and no I did not try their Pho.

Will never be coming back here AGAIN. The food was good until I noticed a roach in my pho!!!! OMG I am so disgusted. They should name this place the Roach spoon. I guess I came on the wrong night. I only came to this place because of the good reviews. But I’ve learned that good reviews can be misleading.
