Menu prices did not match the prices on our tab, we got charged for cheese that comes with the sandwich making it an extra $2, and then got hit with a service fee. One of the ladies dining with us was completely forgotten when the food came out, and was told she would be discounted for the extra wait and was again forgotten with the discount when the bill came, but they didn’t forget the “service fee”.

Very pleasant place for dinner! We didn’t stay for the dueling pianos, but everyone at our table raved about their dinners. Chicken Parm Sandwich, French Dip and Spaghetti and Meatballs. The hostess was so super nice and had a giant personality!

Came for dinner with several friends. Service as not good. Steak was overcooked. Chicken breast was overcooked. Meatballs and spaghetti were awful. Meatballs overcooked as well. Sauce tasted like a watered down jared sauce. Potato skins were not good. They had chili on them. Why??? Chicken strips were not bad. However, the Buffalo sauce was strait Tabasco sauce. And bless his heart, the pre-show was not good and way, way too loud.

1st of all, the good, because that’s what I want to make sure you know. Everybody there has great personality and make the experience great! If you don’t have fun, you might want to look within yourself for the problem. The bartenders and servers were great. There was 1 in particular that is quite the character and loves to make you laugh! The pianist is amazing and we didn’t come across a song he wouldn’t tackle. From The Beatles to Nelly, The Spice Girls, Lee Greenwood, & Bon Jovi. He was all over the place in a great way!!

We had the privilege of being the charity last weekend at the Piano Bar. Justin and his entire crew were absolutely wonderful. With it being Wurstfest weekend, the place was BUSY. The staff made sure we were safe out front and helped if we became overwhelmed. The atmosphere is fun and I’m so happy to see a place like this in Hermann! Keep up the good work and thank you for helping out your community!

Love this bar but I do want to caution people and owners feel free to respond or call me directly but the waitresses apparently will come out and try to grab you onto the dance floor and you think they are other general patrons wanting to be friendly but it’s the waitresses and that’s a little bit much….

Went to the Piano Bar for the Breakfast Buffet everyone talks about, only to find that they no longer do the Bruch thing. There were 2 choices for breakfast instead. Chicken and waffles or a breakfast plate of scrambled eggs, 2 sausage links, and 2 store bought Waffles. I asked for bacon and was able to get that for a dollar up-charge. The potatoes were just deep fried cubes and were tasteless. The eggs and waffles were cold, and the coffee was terrible. We were very disappointed and several other tables came in and left. When we left I noticed they still have the big buffet banner on the front of the building. At least take that down if you’re no longer doing it. Unreal. Really never experienced anything like it. Will never go there again.
