All the food had a really good flavor. There were 5 of us that dined at the Pickled Wrinkle. My wife and I shared the lower harbor pizza which had garlic provolone ham artichokes and barbecue sauce. It was REALLY good, and has a unique flavor. The blueberry lemonade was very refreshing.

Definitely some mixed feelings about this place. Over time things have changed. The first glaring issue is the menu. It’s called the pickled wrinkle. That’s seafood. Aside from a specials board, there’s no fresh seafood on the menu. And the specials are things everyone has and not that special. It’s mostly pizza and burgers. They have a limited cocktail menu that doesn’t really excite people. We had to started getting creative ourselves and ask if they could put things they had together as a cocktail. Food itself was just ok. Not much that we ordered is anything we had to come there for. The pizza dough was thin a crispy but more like a cracker. The one thing that was absolutely amazing was the maple mustard which was a sweet brown mustard. The staff was nice and did their best with what they had. Unfortunately, my final assessment is it’s not worth it. They need to get out of that comfort level and take some chances. They have endless opportunities and it feels like they aren’t trying hard enough.

Refreshing lunch after a visit and some hiking in Acadia Park. This restaurant is conveniently located right outside of the park. The blueberry lemonade was delicious and made with some purée from the bar. Appetizers were great! A local fiddlesticks vegetable was great! First time trying it and not disappointed. Salad was simple but good. Ice cream stands in walking distance from the restaurant which was a great finishing touch!

The atmosphere, food, drinks, and service were all great. We got to try a Maine delicacy in Pickled Wrinkles! They also had neat souvenirs.

Awesome home in the wall on the way in or out of Arcadia’s nearby Park extension. Food is quite good. I had the local crab + salad and found it excellent. The pizzas are also quite delicious and the service is fast and super friendly. The drinks are quite stiff… Especially the blueberry Cosmo ! Great little local place.

My wife and I showed up as they were taking down the open flag. They told us the kitchen had started to breakdown for closing but allowed us to come in and order off of the full menu. The food was great right along the service!! I would recommend stopping by every chance you get to have a bite and a beer.

The pizza was cooked to perfection, burger was excellent. Great drinks too. Inside dining room is a little bland. Some outside seating though which is nice. Go for the pizzas. Also nice ice cream spot right next door

It was one of the few places open for lunch after visiting Schoodic Peninsula. The pizza tasted like a cheap frozen crust, and the beers were just okay.

Located just as you exit Schoodic Point this is a charming place that serves up a variety of choices. There is outdoor seating and “well behaved” dogs are welcome. Try the cheese curds for an appetizer! Order dinner at the counter and everything will be delivered to your table. Service was quick and efficient and the staff was welcoming and friendly.
