So I hate to leave negative reviews. I went to get food to go. I placed my order and was told they had brisket. Then after I had paid for a pound of brisket and 1/2 pound of pork and a small thing of green beans, a small thing of Mac and cheese and a small thing of cole slaw and added a tip I paid about $55.00 and waited a few minutes I was told they didn’t have brisket. The girl was nice enough, she offered 20 wings and to add a side and to give me a pound of pulled pork. So I said sure. I got home with my food and the pork was ok, but the seasoning was all on top, no bread with it though. The 20 wings I was getting ended up being 9 wings. My husband said they were good but still… 11 short?? The mac and cheese was bland and basically a block my noodles and clumped cheese. I paid like 5.00 for cole slaw, not quite sure what was in it and it was warm. So I was charged for way more than I got. The only thing I would return for was for the wings, but I would make sure I got what I paid for. The young and and girl were nice. So that’s my review.

I was not going to leave a review. However I really rely on Google reviews when trying out a new place. The food was HORRIBLE! The ribs and chicken tasted bland with some dry rub on the top of it. It actually appeared and tasted like they had been sitting in some water. The sides…. All I am going to say. Everyone can’t cook! I believe in constructive criticism, I spoke with the owner. He was nice and received my feedback professionally.

Omg, I absolutely love this bbq spot as my new go-to restaurant as I wasn’t sure what to expect from what was labeled as “Memphis Style.” I had the most delicious pulled chicken sandwich paired with a perfect blend of sweet and spicy BBQ sauce. The Cole slaw was decent but their potato salad tastes old school just like somebody’s Grandma made it!!!!!!!!

The rib tips was flavorful and tender but the Mac and cheese is Kraft boxed that was over cooked, with a lot of thick cheese on top. My husband and son said the same thing about the Mac and cheese. And my son loves Mac and cheese and this is the first time he has ever disliked Mac and cheese and threw them in the trash can. The bake beans tasted like they came straight from the can. I’ll come back only for the rib tips. I’ll make my own sides at home.

4 words…….OH…..MY…. GOOD….NESS!!!! Hands down the BEST pork sandwich I’ve EVER eaten!!!! Seasoned BEAUTIFULLY! NICE rub. Sweet sauce BUT NOT TOO sweet. I am THE RIBOLOGIST but I got the rib tips this time. If the ribs are in any way similar tasting as the tips. They will be OUTSTANDING! I will keep you posted. I didn’t get sides just chips.
