My cousin suggested we stop here and it was surprisingly good. The brisket on a roll is delicious, the best I’ve ever had. So tender and juicy. My brother had the pulled pork on a roll and said it was really good. The cousin had the pulled chicken on a bun and he said it’s his go-to when he comes here. The coleslaw was fresh, so was the potato salad, as well as the baked beans and the chili. Everything fresh. Only complaint would be on the attentiveness of the staff. Had to go in and out the place myself to get drinks, utensils, cups etc. The prices good too. Will try again because the food was really good

My husband and I initially came here for the cornbread we heard so much about but stayed for lunch. I had the crispy flounder and my husband got the brisket on a roll and of course we got some cornbread. Everything was delicious. Nice crispy, not oily at all, flounder on a spongy roll with a side of slaw and fries which complimented each other well. The brisket was nice and juicy, perfectly seasoned. The cornbread was amazing just as we heard. Not only was the food great the owner was very welcoming. Definitely coming back to try different items on the menu.

Top quality food and service. Several co-workers and I eat here frequently and are never unsatisfied. I always get the pit burger, it’s perfect. Probably best thing to eat in town. The owner is such a nice guy to his patrons as well, very welcoming place.

Stop by today orders full baby back, Mac and cheese, onion rings with corn bread an potato salad for the sides. The ribs fell off the bone and the rings were very crispy and tender. It definitely hit the spot

Let’s just say this is a small hidden gem. Start with the great customer service through the phone. I called to ask if their outdoor seating is pet friendly and the person said yes pets are like family of course. The small restaurant is decorated so cute. My favorite part is it has pictures of customers who stopped by taken by a Polaroid and hanged up. The person who took our order (not sure if he was the owner) was so accommodating to the point he even gave my dog a bowl of water. We got the food to go cause they were almost closing and didn’t want to be annoying. Let’s just say boy oh boy the food was awesome ! The ribs is a must ! Bhazi approves and it’s highly recommended!

All of their food is amazing, haven’t had anything from here that wasn’t absolutely delicious. The brisket is one of the best things I’ve eaten, like ever. It is tender, juicy, well seasoned and melts in your mouth. Good prices, great food, and nice people.

See pictures!! Brisket is more like seasoned cardboard. Who knows how old this meat was and how long it was sitting on a warmer. It was dryer than the desert, do you see any juices? I don’t think so. How about the stiffness. This is the meat you serve for the $19 brisket sandwich? You should be ashamed of yourselves for serving someone this. I ate around the nastiness because i was really hungry and that was a huge mistake!!! Was stuck in the bathroom for the rest of the night. See pictures!! I will never order from here again nor will i ever recommend someone to go here and waste their money. So disappointing! All other reviews must be fake, because the pictures tel a thousand words and that is what they served me. See pictures!!

When first saw this tiny place I wanted to give it a try, it looked cozy and welcoming. However when we went inside i did not feel welcomed. I usually leave if i don’t feel confortable, but since we were there, we just gave it a try. Our table was not clean and I ended up cleaning myself! About the food, it was good. The food is the only reason for the three stars, customer service could be way better, would i come back, takeout only!
