Great little bar and grill downtown. The staff is lovely, and the burgers are downright fantastic. My only issue was the taste of the soda from the fountain and bar – I’m not sure if they haven’t been cleaned or rinsed properly, but there is a bad taste to it unrelated to the level of carbonation. Everything else was wonderful though, so it’s not worth a deduction in stars as they were very willing to try to correct the issue when we mentioned it.

Me and my boo thang came through town on a work extravaganza, and decided to try “the best burgers in a 4 state area”. Let me tell you what, if you’re deciding between The Pitt or McDonald’s, firstly slap yourself for even putting this place in the same sentence. Second, sprint to The Pitt and enjoy a excellent burger. The staff was friendly and attentive and provided excellent service. If you’re not from the area, hell even if you are, this place is one you must stop at and eat!!!

I have lived in Pittsburg for years and I have never been here and I am so glad I finally decided to go in and try it. The food was amazing. I had the cheeseburger sliders and queso tots. My husband had the Hawaiian burger and onion rings, he said it was the best burger he has ever had. Our waitress, Kacey, was amazing!!! That’s always a big part of dining out, I always wonder…. Are we gonna have a good waitress…. Will be back soon.

Food was so good, we came back 2 days in a row! Visiting from out of town for baseball and they were so accommodating for our team and families!!! The blackened chicken breast and queso fries were soooo good!! Thanks for great food and great service!!!

When in Pittsburgh Kansas you gotta make The Pitt your Pittstop cause this place is your go to for delicious food in a live friendly atmosphere. I was immediately impressed with the layout and the waitresses were amazing and all looked like Baywatch models. I ordered the Mac Daddy which came with Mac N Cheese on top of the burger under the bun and loved every bite of this monster. Definitely try the fried Pickles for the appetizer cause they are worth the drive alone to eat. They have pool you can play while waiting for your meal or this awesome video game table that I’ve never seen anything like before. They even have a back patio with tables and chairs when you want to go outside. The Pitt is everything Pittsburg and they rep their Gorillas just like the rest of the town from what I seen. Other towns need to take notes cause Pittsburg and The Pitt are on point with it and I will always remember this wonderful experience. Might feel cute one day and drive down there again just because my hunger has me craving The Pitt.

Stopped in with the family after a long day of work and were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly and knowledgeable waitress. In spite of it being busy (basketball!), we got our food quickly and it was hot, delicious, and filling. Hawaiian burger, tots, sliders, fries, and chicken wings — all great. Lively atmosphere and if you are a sports fan, it’s the place to be on game night with plenty of monitors over the bar that are easy to see.
