The past few times the cheese was stuck to the top of the box, this time the pizzas were undercooked and cold. Also, it seemed like the dough hadn’t had time to rise and was thick and flat, as well as the pizza being over all bland.The salad was pretty sub par, too. The only reason I ordered it was because the website showed a coupon for salad and two medium pizzas, evidentially they don’t honor those despite them being on the site you go to to order. You can’t post something online as an everyday deal, change it on the menu that you have to go to the restaurant to get, then not honor it.

OMG, this pizza was so awesome. We got a large 3 topping Deep Dish and I swear it was 3 inches thick. Two slices were enough to fill up the hungriest! Perfect balance of sauce, toppings, cheese and crust. And the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be going back to eat. Daniel the owner is a very pleasant young man and I wish him the best.

Absolute garbage “customer service”. I ordered a pizza for delivery at a little after 9pm last night. I paid for it and included a generous tip. I was supposed to get it at a little after 10pm. It never showed up. I called twice and got their voicemail both times. I left messages both times. The next day I waited for them to contact me. They never did. I ended up calling them at almost 4pm. They said they would reverse the charge. They also said they decided to close an hour early the night before and that’s why my order was never handled (although they did take my money). They just close early and let paid orders pile up that won’t get handled and then do nothing to contact the paying customers or refund the money until the customer calls them!!! I will NEVER order from these incompetent careless idiots again. If the charge isn’t reversed I’m reporting them to The Better Business Bureau.

Everyone has been raving about the pizza and service since new owners…I’m not impressed. Did a pick up order and was told 30 minutes, turned out to be about 45. Ordered a Deluxe, ended up with Supreme. Pizza is just mediocre and was slightly undercooked. Ordered the super Italian sub, which I had often with previous owners and loved!! Eh, it was fair. Skimped on the toppings. Service was fair. The young gentleman at the counter with about 1000 chains around his neck was completely clueless. I gave it 2 stars because their prices were pretty decent especially considering the rise in prices on everything these days. Unfortunately, I can’t say I’ll be back.

Don’t waste your time or money! This is the second time we’ve eaten at The Pizza Box, the first time was under old ownership and the pizza was awful. We were excited to try it again only to be just as disappointed. The place is super unorganized, staff was in the back messing around which explains why two of our pizzas were burnt and the BLT was missing all of the toppings. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were as hard as rock and there was more frosting in the box than actually on the cinnamon sticks. We were told our pizza would be done in 30 minutes, when we arrived we had to wait another 30 minutes only to find out that our pizzas were done and had just been sitting there for 10 minutes and were now cold. When we got home and realized that our pizzas were burnt, cold, hard as a rock and missing toppings we called to complain only for them to tell us to bring them back and they would refund us our money or they would just give us a credit and then hung up. From now on we’ll take our business elsewhere.

Ordered a grinder. I had to wait a little longer but no big deal i ordered food on a Saturday night and they were super busy, plus it’s a new business. The homemade bread was the best bread I’ve ever had other then my mothers. The pizza looked really good while I was in there. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Since the pizza box recently got a new owner, the quality of the pizza and its ingredients have gone waaay down. I have called and complained the past few times I’ve ordered. They are very stingy on cheese and all you can taste is garlic for about an hour after you are done eating. Pizza box used to be very good before this current owner but it has since gotten very bad. My family has chosen to never get pizza here again until they return to the old recipe and quality control. I challenge pizza box to step up their game

Ordered a large BBQ Chicken pizza, without bacon for delivery. When the pizza arrived it had barely anything on it and crunchy, there was onion and chicken on about 3 slices, the pizza was loaded with BBQ though. The crust was the only part that was soft.
