I ordered via GrubHub, waited the hour for my food. The driver arrived, and the Pizza Company informed them my order had been canceled. I called to find out why and was told “we forgot to remove the restaurant from grubhub”. So i just wasted and hour waiting for food, and a driver went out of their way for no reason.

I will NEVER order from your company again. I ordered 2 chicken salads, an Italian hoagie, fries & breadsticks. A $50 order & it was horrible! We paid extra for extra chicken in the salad not only did we not get the extra chicken but it was so small & barely any chicken. It was freezing cold & disgusting. I called to complain & wanted a refund. I was told because the delivery driver left I couldn’t be refunded.

I look forward to Pizza Company when I come home to Pittsburgh. I just picked up my order and they forgot the cheese for my fries and they didn’t put the sauce on the wings gave it to us on the side but cold. Very disappointed!!! I’ll make sure to go to a different shop next time. Very bummed!!!

Prices are average, staff have always been polite on the phone, pizza is good recently – not sure if something changed but compared to two years ago or so it’s improved big time. Doesn’t have that ‘heavy’ feel that some pizza does. Buffalo chicken is awesome.
