Simply the best pizza in the state of Ohio. Maybe even the best in all of Northeastern Ohio! Ok, I’ll be totally honest with you…this is the very best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my entire life! The best ones are at BV, with the Massillon store coming in at a close 2nd! Give it a try and let me know what you think of it. You won’t be disappointed… I promise! A 5-topping small pizza, with a 2lr of pop was $16.00. Not bad in these days of high food prices!

I stopped her to pick up an order placed over the internet. They told me it would be 12 minutes that it was still in the oven. I later found out that they lost the doordash order, then when they found it, they screwed it up and had to make the entire order over. They didn’t bother to tell me at all, and almost 1 hour later, I received the order. This caused me great inconvenience. You guys really screwed up on this one even though your food is very good!

We were told 45 minutes. Arrived to pick it up right at that time frame, live only 5 minutes or so away. Pizza crust is hard and chewy, cheese is hard, pizza is not even warm. Seems like this pizza sat out for quite a while. Silver lining is it still has decent flavor.

Looks like they aren’t open. Go in to ask and they say yeah. All the chairs are up and they are turning lights off and it’s 1015. Its pretty rude to be rolling up rugs with dust blowing around your dining room. You may also want inform your employess that the people in the dining room can hear their conversations coming from the back and really dont care to. Way to make your customers feel comfortable. It’s my first time here. I won’t be back. I mean I’m sure you guys won’t miss a customer.

I regret to say that my experience at the establishment was rather disappointing. The wait times were exceptionally long, leaving me and other customers feeling frustrated and impatient. Additionally, the condition of the bathrooms was quite unsatisfactory, with cleanliness being a notable concern. Lastly, it was disheartening to observe that some of the employees appeared to be neglecting personal hygiene, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, these aspects of my visit left me with a negative impression and an inclination to explore other options in the future.

Ordered 1 pound of baked ziti and 4 meatballs from pizza oven massillon tonight, and the wait for it to be delivered was an hour and 15 mins. Obviously they’re either busy or limited on drivers. That’s okay I work in the restaurant industry, I get it. So the driver pulls up, food is NOT in a hot bag to keep it warm, I had 2 full meatballs cut in halves, and everything is cold. So I call pizza oven speak to the manager, and I’m 100% impressed with her customer service and how she handled this. She offered to credit me on my next order or to remake and replace my entire order and deliver it herself.
