Upon entering the establishment, I was welcomed by an employee who apparently moonlights as a professional eye-roller. Seriously, I thought her eyes were going to detach from her sockets and start a revolution. Maybe they were just practicing for the next Olympic Games? Who knows!

My recent experience at Pizza Press was quite disappointing. I was shocked to learn that they now charge an additional fee for gluten-free crust, which was not the case during my previous visits. Usually, when I mentioned that my child has a gluten allergy, they would waive the additional charge. However, on my most recent visit, they insisted that I had to pay regardless of the allergy status and claimed that waiving the fee in the past was a mistake. This sudden change in policy left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, and as a result, I decided not to place an order. I also felt that this new approach was discriminatory towards individuals with food allergies. I raised my concerns with the manager, but unfortunately, she was unhelpful in addressing the issue. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with this experience and it has made me reconsider dining at Pizza Press in the future.

The pizza was amazing, I was pleasantly surprised, I’ve never heard of this place before and it wasn’t over crowded but I’m not letting that fool me. I will definitely be coming back, you get to see how they make your own pizza, its a great experience for the kids for sure.

Service has always been really slow here. I always come back because of the great pizza they make. They press the pizza dough on the spot. They probably should do this before hand because customers have to wait for this. I waited 15 minutes for my pizza even though there was only 1 person in front of me. A little inefficient in my opinion.

I had placed a pick- up order online and unfortunately the order never went through. So it was not ready at my pick-up time. However the staff was very quick and accommodating. We got our food quick, regardless of the system failure.

First time here. So much fun building your own pizza and watching it being cooked. We came with the grand kids, but we will be back by ourselves.

Pizza Press is essentially Subway in the pizza industry, except much better. They have their own pizzas you can pick, or publish your own! Don’t ever be shy with choosing how to make your pizza, it’s pretty much endless. Only one thing could have improved my visit: having Diet Coke available instead of out. I won’t take stars away though for it.
