The pizza is fairly good but the service is horrible. These people can’t get anything right. This is the second time in a month or 2 that they have completely messed up my order. I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage and onion pizza. I got a large pepperoni, sausage and black olive pizza. I called back and the girl said that she would issue me a refund. She never did! I called back to see why not and the other lady said it’s because I left the store with the pizza and went home. I should have checked it at the store, that’s my mistake but it their mistake that the cook can’t read and properly make the correct order.

The Pizza Store is a restaurant that should definitely be visited when you’re in the mood for a small pizzeria type of dining. As you walk in it feels like you’re walking into a 1991 pizza hut with basic dining chairs and booths. You are told to pick a seat and the waiter was very helpful. Our waiter kept our drinks full and cleared off any empty plates efficiently.

I’m new to the area so I wanted to find a decent pizza spot for a decent price!!! I ordered and yes my mistake that I didn’t ask for the total and they didn’t tell me it on the phone!!! I ordered a medium 3 topping and a ten piece wing and soda $36 bucks wow !!! And it took an hr to get it !!! The wings are way over cooked dry to the bone!!! Pizza is ok not a 28.00 pizza !! My client ordered from here yesterday. We all got sick after eating the food. My son and my client got it the worst. My client is bed ridden and my son had to call out of work because he is that sick. My client spent almost $80.00 on a bunch of food or salmanila poisoning. I hope they make this better.

I love the spaghetti with meat sauce, the wings, personal pan pizza and lasagna. The people who deliver are very courteous and friendly. When they take your order, she provides excellent choices to go with meals. I like that submarine sandwich very much, get it served hot.

It’s pretty amazing just how bad the service is here. I mean really. Is. Wow. You you practically have to beg to get your check from these people. They had technically been closed for 40 minutes before before we had to pry the check from them. They have specials whose pricing they do not honor. They are either incapable or unwilling to split the check. Which makes them probably the only establishment on the planet that is incapable of this. We received the service while being the only people in the restaurant all night. I believe there was one couple that came in and was ignored for over 30 minutes so they left. To top all of this off they didn’t get any of the orders right. But of course it was like pulling teeth to get them to even take our order. It’s like they have no business and want no business.

Pizza is not normally my usual choice when I’m craving something to eat, but I thought I try something different and I stopped by this place. Nice cozy hidden place where you can dine in or take out. they do have appetizers and desserts, some wine options as well. When get pizza is typically from one of those national chain places, so I was caught a bit of guard on the price for a large pizza with 3 toppings. The place is also located near the hills so a higher price is expected I guess. The pizza was definitely above the rest of the fast food restaurants, you can definitely tell the difference between taste and quality of ingredients. I would go back.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I ate food from here yesterday, and woke up puking. Ive thrown up 5 times in 2 hours, have the worst case of diarrhea I’ve ever had in my life… My stomach is cramping in ways I’ve never felt, I haven’t been able to sleep and I’m likely going to have to miss work because of this. I will NEVER eat here again.
