I was one of the 1st customers when this place first opened. In the beginning, the pizza was great! That feeling was short lived. The quality of the pizza has declined tremendously. They have definitely switched from the original products they started with. The pizza I purchased today, was no better than a frozen pizza from the grocery store. The cheese is cheap and hardly melts, the crust is thick and today was burnt, which caused the whole slice to taste burnt. There is no room for dine in, however they allowed a couple to stand and eat while in front of the condiments so I had to wait until they decided they wanted to move. The cooler has been broken, so you cant even purchase a cold drink with your food. The turnover rate is very high, so you never know what employee is making the pizza. I could go on and on, bottom line is unless you want to be disappointed, your better off calling your local dominos or pizza hut!! I will never recommend!!

Excellent pizza. Love the crispy crunch of the crust. If you get the lunch special, your pizza will be ready very quickly. I just wish they had a bigger spot with seating indoors. But we enjoyed eating ours at Moore Square which is a short walk away, so that was nice too.

In Raleigh for the weekend for an AAU tournament decided to try a local pizza place… Great choice.. Serves was great, food didn’t take long. Only reason I rated a 4 star is because the pepperoni pizza had a lack of pepperoni’s,however, the bbq wings made up for it.. Omg, delicious sauce wings were cooked to perfection! Best wings I’ve ever had from a pizza restaurant.. I would definitely suggest you stop by if your in town!!

i used to have a lot of loyalty to this place but had a lot of negative experiences recently. Most recently I called three times with no answer and when I arrived they were only serving by the slice. My pizza then got burned, thrown in a heap and I was overcharged for what should’ve been one pizza but was 6 slices.

Searching for a pizza place because I was an out of towner . I went to this place on March 30th and ordered a slice of the chicken bacon ranch pizza and added broccoli, red onion and bannana peppers !! This pizza was sooooooo good !!! I had to leave a review ! I also topped the pizza off with their ranch dressing !! Please try you will loveeeeeee it 🙂

They really deserve 0 stars for how they treat their Black employees. The EEOC needs to be contacted ASAP. They do not follow any HR policies when it comes to fairness, equality & equity. We no longer live in the Jim Crow era and you will not treat white and Hispanic employees better than all your black employees. If so make it KNOWN where you stand so we can take our BLACK DOLLARS Some WHERE ELSE. The food is mediocre anyhow. I am not an employee but I have observed management on several occasions allow certain color staff to do things that they don’t allow their black staff to do.

This was our first experience with The Pizza Times. Ordering over the phone was a challenge. I called three times. The first time it just rang nonstop, the second time I was in the middle of placing my order and was disconnected. The third time was a charm. 4 Stars because of the ordering process. The food itself was good.
