We ordered here for the first time last night. Large pepperoni, double cheese and spinach. I agree with the other reviewer who said the crust could be a little thicker because I needed a knife and fork, which I was happy to use! FANTASTIC, hot, prompt delivery, definitely will go back for more.

Food is usually good. This time not so much. I ordered a tuna sub and the bread was hard. Not sure how this happens anywhere since there is a big turn over on sub rolls. Not sure if I’ll go back. Unfortunately this was my only meal that day and I was looking forward to the sandwich.

Loved this place since we first tried it shortly after they opened. I always got a slice of pizza and tried my luck at the gumball machine they had by the counter in an effort to get a free slice of pizza. Really good pizza, good subs, good pasta. Growing up the pizza slices seemed to be the size of my head! All around what you would like from a local place like that. Would highly recommend!

I’ve ordered from The Pizza Works for years now (my go-to when I forget to pack a lunch for work). The food has always been phenomenal (highly recommend the chicken Caesar wrap) but recently, the deliveries were taking a little longer to arrive. I reached out to see what was going on & the level of customer service I received after my complaint was so beyond my expectations! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! So nice to come across people who value your business in today’s world!

I can’t believe I’ve been working in the Bedford area for almost three years and have not heard of Pizza Works! It is the best kept secret! The customer service is unbelievable, the pizzas were amazing (did someone say artichoke hearts?) and the salads are just how I LOVE them – good old iceberg lettuce with all the fixings! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that delivered the pizza but what a nice guy!!= Keep up the great service – we will be ordering again! (Superbowl work party!!?) THANK YOU!

Its good pizza. Nice crust and sauce to cheese ratio is right on. Toppings are generous but not too much, and the staff always seems friendly. I haven’t gotten a sub from there yet because the pizza is so good i haven’t had a reason to not get the pizza.
