We wake up every morning to make fresh dough from scratch, and with a recipe that’s over 40 years old. So yeah, we’ve been making it like this for a while now. Our grandparents made it this way, our parents made it this way, so there is no chance we are making it any other way. Our pizza sauce is made with 100% American tomatoes and fresh basil from our garden every day for the next day. We make our fresh mozzarella in Harlingen Texas from a Wisconsin curd every week. Our pizzas are made with our own blend of whole milk, partskim, and fresh mozzarella to achieve a moist but not too greasy companion for our house pizza sauce. Our ovens heat up to over 500 degrees so that by 11 AM we have fresh pizza pies that are ready to slice up and serve

This is actually a really nice place to come have dinner and hang out with friends, the atmosphere is great, the employees are amazing. They have the large one topping pizza for $9.99, and $3 the fountain drink. The pizza was good, gave me the taste kind of compared to Peter piper pizza. My kids and I enjoyed it, we will definitely be back soon.

In town for a few days for work… and yep this is my second night in a row ordering from this place… freaking awesome white sauce pizza and whoa I added a salad tonight! Best pizza in the RGV. Full stop. This is the closest we’ve had to NJ/NY pizza since we left the northeast. Also very few places still do an 18”. Creamy cheese, delicious sauce, good ratio, great crust. Well done. We found our new spot.

Over 40 min waiting for pasta. Being told 5 more minutes only to wait an additional 10 to be told “they’ll be right out” and having the worker look down and continue doing what she was doing. Worst experience by far. The excuse was they were busier than usual, when I’ve been here before with the same amount of guests and never has it ever taken this much to get an order out. I was told there was 40 orders to be made when I counted no more than 15 people that hadn’t received their food and when they did they ordered pizza not pasta.

The marinara sauce is light, chunky, and good. The Mango Jalapeno wings are a must. I ordered the 6in calzone w/pepperoni and it was much larger than expected, I took half of it home. It didn’t disappoint. My husband & sons ordered the Hawaiian pizza and meat lovers. They had no complaints. We will most definitely revisit this place.

Made plans to head to the one in Mission,TX but decided to stop by here in Edinburg,TX before heading to a park that has a fountain. I asked one of the employee (sorry I didn’t get her name) how was the all meats one. She said it was good, so I said ok give me that one but 18″ pizza. Well, no words just look at the pic. Thank U for recommending that pizza… oh and the service was excellent as well. So stop by and get this awesome hugest pizza.
