We recently had a nice dinner here. Deviled eggs and charcuterie board for appetizers were good.

This place is definitely a hidden gem! We are Vegan so we had a delicious Hummus Board and Portabello Mushroom Panini. Their hummus is the best we’ve ever had! Just remember to have them remove the Feta if you’re vegan. On the Panini have the cheese and garlic aioli taken off and you’re good to go. The restaurant is so so clean and cute!! It was an old Victorian House. The staff are super friendly. I highly recommend checking them out!!! Plssss add more vegan options! You guys would do fabulous! So much flavor here!! 🙂

A new place for us in Monticello. It is located in a beautiful craftsman style home converted into The Porch on the Green. We didn’t have a reservation but they said no problem about a 15min wait. We went to the bar had had some drinks, wonderful barmaid and service. We got seated and again we had great service. Ordered a couple appetizers, tuna poke nachos, buffalo chicken egg rolls, I had a craving for fish and chips and they didn’t disappoint, 3 chunks of crispy fish and hot fries with a bit of coleslaw. Wife had a pulled pork sandwich and fries. We both were very happy as were our dining partners and had enough for doggie bags. We look forward to going back. Oh did I say the desserts were yum. Bread pudding w/ice cream and blueberry cheesecake.

Good food, excellent service. A wide selection of choices on the menu. Situated in a craftsman style home converted into “The Porch”. Reservations recommended . We arrived without one and grabbed a drink and we were sat with in 15 mins. We will return and bringing friends too.

Ordered crab wantons, winner winner chicken, and a ribeye. The wantons were chewy and hardly had any filling. Also they were served with ranch instead of some kind of Asian style sauce. The chicken was over cooked and the pieces were very tiny assuming you could find them in the massive amount of cream of chicken that was on top of it. The ribeye was over cooked and generally just not a great quality of meat. I really wanted to love this place but its way too overpriced for food that’s just not good.

Michele and her staff provided me the Best surprise 70th birthday diner party ever. The food is excellent especially the smoked pork belly. The drinks flowed full flavored without an empty glass. The service was without a doubt top shelf.

We met some friends for dinner and sat outside. The staff was very friendly and polite. Our meals were wonderful as well. Didn’t take to long to get our meals either. Highly recommend paying them a visit if considering. We will for sure be back.

OK … the food was DELICIOUS. Even tho they didn’t have the Flatbread I’d ordered, they came to table and suggested similar as a wrap, agreeing to add pineapple to it. My friend ordered the salad trio but since she doesn’t eat egg salad she asked if the egg scoop could just be a tuna one. When it arrived and was a bit dry she asked for and got a tiny serving of salad dressing. When the checks arrived, she was charged $2 or $3 for the substitution AND an additional $2 or $3 for the tiny bit of salad dressing. All upcharges without any advance info that there was an upcharge. I will say we both thought the food was great. My Lemoncello cake slice was wonderful. But then the bathroom door stuck and I was trapped inside. I struggled trying to get it open and then started pounding on the door and yelling for Help. Zero response. The bathroom super tiny. Trapped. Finally I slammed the door repeatedly with shoulder and hip and after 2 or 3 times it finally opened. I’ve got a nice bruise on shoulder and hip. SO, great food but expect an upcharge for any additions and be wary of the first, to left side, little bathroom. Loved the food. Probably won’t return. Silent upcharges tend to run off what could be good repeat customers. BTW … gorgeous chandeliers and nice ambiance otherwise.
